liver stress and food fatigue from only injectables?

Hello, I'm 11 weeks into a mass phase, have gone from ~200lb to 233lb at 5'8 running 750 test 200 deca and 200 boldenone and in the last 2 weeks been finding getting the same amount of calories (4500 cal) harder and harder to get down, feels like my digestion is slowing. was planning on running until 18 weeks but as food is getting harder and i have been needing to revert to more calorie dense foods which are worse to get all of it in I'm thinking of calling it at 12 weeks.

Anyone else here experienced this from injectables only? Or does anyone think it might just be from putting on so much tissue as is?

Why would "injectables" be a variable in all this? Were you thinking of going anal pellets or something?

Dont see any blood tests. No age or BF% either. Cant really help without more info. All I can say is 5-8 233lb you are already a monster... whats your goal?

To get your food moving through you, add a fiber supplement.

This is what I use, but I'm not normal. It is difficult to chug down. Use smaller bits of it through the day to make it easier. But I just load up a bunch in a cup at night and chug it with water and it is very disgusting.

Am I selling it yet?

the only thing that makes my digestion a breeze is probiotics+psilium husk fiber. there's roughage type fiber (think literally ground up plant stems), and the gel type fiber (think soaked chia seeds). the roughage type (insoluble fiber) is what you want.

I personally use psilium husk fiber two ways. first method is to get metamucil, its better on the tongue and mouth but is seemingly always orange flavored. it mixes fine with vanilla type protein powder flavors to make an orange dreamsicle type thing. it is tolerable and fine.

the second method is taking ground plant dust to the face like elektro said, and its gross but it absolutely does the job. the one i use is Nutricost Psilium Husk . It is, again, disgusting. but its efficient and honestly its my preference. the metamucil is always sweetened and very flavorful. id rather just get it over with.

I have also been taking 400-600mg of magnesium glycinate every day for a long time, so that may also be contributing. And dont forget lots and lots of water.

I've just been using Costco brand fiber the last few years but I used to do 1 heaping tsp of that with 1 of the regular psyllium husk like you mentioned. Then it's not quite so sweet. But I've always done it in the least amount of water possible, quick stir, and chug it down before it starts to grow and clump and gel and all that

27 years old, probably ~18% bf still have abs and obliques but minimal vascularity outside the gym. by injectables I meant i'm not running any orals at all or anything else that should hit the liver hard. goal was 235lb which would put me at having gained 100lb since I started training 5 years ago.

So youve been at this a while. No need to dance around then. I would pull E2. E2 impacts appetite and you are injecting 3 compounds that raise E2.

I would also pull inflammation markers AST/ALT to make sure you aren't fighting something. Sometimes we cant tell just from feels.

Also fiber tend to be very filling. They may help clear your system faster but they suppress hunger as well. Definitely not saying to cut fiber too low though... that leads to other issues.

I think someone already said, smaller denser meals like 5-6 times a day. Nuts, avocado, dairy, peanut butter, whole milk, etc.

If all else fails, sometimes the best thing to do is rest and reset. Many folks dont like to hear that but it worked for me in the past. There were a few times when I just couldnt break through a barrier when I was younger. I took like 2 weeks off and then like magic when I got back at it, I was able to break through a couple of weeks later. Sometimes the body just needs a break. You are putting yours through a lot.

usually high aas usage, lots of protein and hard training with high volume will spike creatitine, asat and alat for me.

its probably indicitive of real liver stress building muscle, no a little above ref range asat alat isnt dangerous. use tudca and nac to get it down if you like so to have better numbers.

i had 300 asat, alat at one point using clen, tren, accutane and training hard.

pulled off clen and accutane and tren and i was down to 25 asat/alat in 1 months time again
