I hate eating "healthy" meals. Absolutely hate it. The only thing I want is like Whataburger every day.

So, I started prepping 4-5 shakes a day. Each one containing:
1.5 cups skim milk
1/2 cup egg whites
1 scoop whey
1 whole cup ground oats
1 whole banana
2 tbsp peanut butter

1000 calories
110 grams carbs
65 grams protein
23 grams fat

Now a lot of people claim meal replacement shakes aren't a good substitute for real food (granted I'm using real food IN these). Well since I've been doing this my strength has taken off and my weight is steadily climbing. Keeps me full all day, so no cravings. And meets all my macro needs.

And on weekends I'll say fuck it and eat whatever. Just posting this in case anyone is like me and tired of cooking/prepping/force feeding.

Add a little bit of spinach to those shakes. Won't taste it, just changes the color of it. Get some micronutrients [emoji16]

I like it! All you're body needs is the nutrition to recover and grow. I don't care if you cook it or drink it....it's all the same as far as nutrients go. If you put the right stuff in, and you are.
