Is there a problem with Liberty Labs at the moment? I sent Liberty an email and received a response saying the email server is down and the email cannot be delivered. An order has been open for a week—I know everything is within normal timeframes. But I'm surprised that emails aren't being answered and are now no longer being delivered because the email server is down. Is there another way to contact Liberty?

I don't know, did you write to the right email? , yesterday i receive my "test order" wothout problem , 6 days ; so I would tell you that it is active and ships without problems, among other things the site is updated, if you see the Primo 100 it is OUT, the Test E is out, Deca is OUT
so I placed my order on Sunday, and on Monday I received an email from their courier who took charge of my package, so from the order to the tracking it took less than 24 hours, what you say is strange

As some of you know there is raw shortage, currently there is no possibility to get any raw sourced from China, I don't know when this situation will change, it could be a matter of weeks or months.
We are receiving dozens of emails asking about restock, so please don't send any email about this matter, because I cannot give any answer unfortunately and it delays our communications.
Also please always use a safe email such as proton, don't contact using gmail, or any other non encrypted email.
Every order should have already received an auto email with tracking, if not please write an email with your order number and I will send it to you manually.
During summer time there may be increased shipping times due to vacations, thank you for your understanding.

Well the out of stock part is a good sign in this market imo. It at least means that they don’t put just oil or put different compounds in products that have a shortage.

I noticed that my shipment has an incomplete delivery address. In the DPD/DHL tracking system only my name and the city are shown, but no street or house number. It seems the street was mistakenly replaced by my name.

I am just assuming they are still the same batch, unless your gear says, exp date 2028 or so, but if it expires next year, it should still be the same batch, anyhow they should be more active, they could be the next catcafe, current prices are very good but i understand about the raws shortage problem and not wanting to draw too much attention
