Letter in the mail?

I have been waiting for a package in the mail. Today a USPS card came. It has three checks on it. One for letter, one for large envelope and one for registered. There is nothing else that I am expecting and the envelope can't be large. Is this the dredded letter in the mail that everyone talks about? Or does that letter tell you exactly what it is? If I pick it up and thats what it is, well you know the rest. If I don't pick it up then I probably look even more gulty and then will have a harder time saying it is not mine. What do you think?

#1.Clean up your house asap. How did you pay for this package..cc or wu?If you used wu did you use fake name for sender? Did you slightly miss spell your name on the adress the pack was sent to ? can the feds track your payment or order..Is there info on your work or home computer they can use against you?Sounds to me like the post office is just wanting you to come pick up your mail..hopefully no big deal....If you are married or have girlfriend that is able to pick up your mail send her into po to pick up mail..tell her what is up of course....tell her to take it to her car then examine pack for a few seconds and do not open !!!!Have her write this on pack (RETURN TO SENDER) If a po agent or fed is waiting there have her just act innocent. If you go pick it up basically do the same thing..write return to sender..do not open..leave in your car a few days or in your house..when you feel safe open pack.

one other thing..the shipper should never use priority mail..express mail..or any type of mail that would leave a paper trail.Just use regular mail..

An international express mail piece will come as registered mail and will need to be signed for. You should ask your source how it was sent. A letter from customs may just come regular mail or sometimes as a certified piece (needs to be signed for). Having a check mark in _letter and in _large envelope is throwing us off as that would mean there are two pieces, but you are only expecting one. There should be a bar code number listed on the card. IF there is one bar code # then there is one piece, two number = two pieces. Check the senders name, top right part of the card. Also don't feel guilty about not picking it up or signing for it. Many people are too lazy to go to the PO and pick up there mail and lots of things get sent back, especially if you have no idea what it is. ;) You can also sign the card and leave it in your box and the carrier will leave the package the next day, if your feeling confident. I wouldn't send the GF or wife, no need to get someone you care about involved and possibly in trouble.

Packs come to me..I am carfefull when ordering..they are adressed to me..My wife checks the mail daily..she knows whats in the packs..she does not open them..just writes return to sender on them and leaves them in her car..if packs are adressed to you and the ms.picks them up how can she get in trouble..all she needs to do is deny deny deny.

Thanks for the posts. I did pay by CC. It is prepaid and I got it just for this purpose. I think it can be tracked but the card will be cancled. I didn't post back yesterday because I was to busy realizing how much of an idiot I have been about the way I ordered. I am new to mail order. I am currently on my first cycle. This is my 3rd small package. I was worried the first time but after that it seemed so easy. The card from USPS does not have a sender and only one number so only one piece. The last 2 packages came from Athens Greece. They do not require a signature. I am going to wait until this weekend and give a friend a couple grand for bail money. I understood the risks I was taking. I am prepaired to suck it up and do what I have to do. Although I won't just give in and say it's mine. Over the last few days I have found other ways of getting gear that can't be linked to me and are less than half the price. :D I just hope that I'm not going to learn the hard way. Thanks dennis and pupeye.

do not leave us hanging bro..be sure and update this post ..hopefully all goes well.....if it is just a couple hundred bucks you might take pupeye's advice and just do not pick it up..sounds like you have better source anyways..losing 200.00 is better than all the bail money/attorney and court cost ..embarrasment etc....If you do go get it then be sure and look confused when you get the pack..do not open..write return to sender on it asap....leave it in your car.....Your reply if questioned."I do not know what this is "I do not know who sent it" " i intended to send it back" etc..

I haven't been too smart up to this point but I am a fast learner. I tore up the USPS card and threw it away. You guys are exactly right, a couple hundred dollars is not worth it. If I plan to make this long term I'm going to have to wisen up. Thanks for the advice.

your kidding. you should have just picked it up. Ive had to pickup a small box with tons of powders in it. thats intent to distribute (even though I wasn't selling) and a hell of a prision sentence because of the quantity I purchased.

turns out international airmail has to be sighned for now.everything was safe

I'm sure they will send me another card letting me know it is my last chance to pick it up or I can probably tell them I lost the card. It's only 2 10mls of sust. I have received 2 other small packs from them last month and neither of them needed a signature and I don't have any other mail coming to this address. I e-mailed the sorce yesterday asking them if they sent it another way because I sure would like to have it. I should have a responce by this afternoon. I took what I thought was the safest advice from 2 senior members that could keep me out of trouble. I would hate to get in trouble on my first cycle. I am new to usps delivery and still feeling my way around. I do thank you for the replies and it's not over yet.

the usps really sucks sometimes. if they don't feel like ringing my doorbell the leave a letter for me to pick it up. or if it don't fit in my mailbox, I have to go pick it up.

and then i go to pick it up and they don't even ask for an id or signature, they just look at the little slip and its good enough for them.

I don't think you have anything to worry about. Did the card say "we tried to deliver but no one was available to accept package" or something like that. If so you have nothing to worry about. I have received plenty of those when I wasn't home to sign it. Another thing is that when you sign for a package you don't have to sign your name.

I have never signed my real name for a package and I always have package sent under another name anyway. For the future, make sure you get a post office box under someone else name. It is easy. Pick someone random that looks like they could use the money, ask them if they are willing to get a po box for you and pay them for it. I have paid $50 for someone to get me a decent size PO Box.

I didn't receive an e-mail from my sorce. Maby they don't respond on Sundays. Usps didn't try to ring the bell because I was here on that day. The pack should be small enough to fit in 1/5 of my mail box. When I ordered the pins they just left them outside my door because they were to big. The card read registered and that I needed to bring ID. When I go get it I will show the ID and scribble a name so fast they won't be able to read if it is mine or not.

I recieved an e-mail back from my source last night. They said that sometimes their packs require a signature and it was ok to pick up. I'm going to pick it up when they open.

I'd go get it. Very unlikely it's LE. If you are really paranoid - just take a quick trip around the post office to check for LE autos. Then go in - If they take more than 1 minute to grab the package - excuse yourself and say you will come back later (make an excuse). Then leave, but only far enough so you can still see if LE suddenly arrives in the next 10 minutes. If not, you are all clear.

Heed the others advice - clean out your car, house, computer etc. any time you have ordered gear.

Thanks for everyone's replies. I went and picked it up. This time it was sent from a different country than the last 2 times. It was sent and registered by a cosmetics company. It was registered as hair cosmetics. I have to admit, I was a little nervous but everything went well.:D

Thanks man. Next cycle I think I'm going to try the sachets that Stealth is putting out. They seem a lot more safe to ship and the quality is suppose to be really good.
