What's in your fridge? Be sure you don't include any photos that may have documents on your fridge door such as your home address and masturbation schedule calendar.

Below, in the fridge. Alot of eggs, cottage cheese. Yellow circle is ground turkey 4 containers deep. Red circle is prepped carb containers. Lemon juice on door goes on almost everything along with teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil.. makes eating easy and juicy..
My main source of protein is Chicken Thighs Skinless Boneless and Ground Turkey. Beef in there as well.
Various green. Currently broccoli and Romaine, I prefer green beans saute in sesame oil.

None. Wife and 2 kids in the house. Wife will make stuff using ground turkey and other prepped stuff as well. Me and my son will have jasmine rice topped with ground turkey and a mango sauce. Me and my son eat together alot. Cottage cheese eaten in the morning and before bed. I'm lactose intolerant sort of, so I have to limit dairy.
My son is a giant. From my wife's side. Her dad and brothers are tallest at 6'10. My son is 5 and hands are almost as big as my wife's lol. He eats alot. He is as tall as his 7yr old sister.
That won't last the week. I eat 6 eggs, my wife eats 4, my son and daughter eat 2, so that is over a dozen for breakfast. Then I might have more mixed up later for something.

I have 4 of these ISO and 2 of the Nitrotech.
So I supplement with protein powder as well.
Wife buys on deals, never full price.

30 minutes Before Bed:
1 scoop protein not shown.
2 whole boiled Eggs with Miracle Whip, 1/2 cup cottage cheese with Pineapple, Zero Sugar Cream Dr. Pepper to wet the whistle. I actually don't finish it, I put it in the fridge open. When I get up to piss, I take a sip before bed. This is going to sound nuts, but it somehow prevents dry mouth. I have water next to my bed, which I sip after the diet Dr. Pepper from the fridge. I do get slight night sweats because I am running 2.1g Test D, 600 Deca, and bumped Tren E to 600 (don't try that blast unless you've got experience)....
anyway before bed I also drink half liter of water mixture so I can piss twice tonight lol.
There's also vitamins and fish oils and stuff...
Later tonight, around 5am, I will end up pissing, and eat a bowl of Reeses Puffs with a tablespoon of peanut butter.
