Late night snacking

No matter how much I try I cannot kick the habit of a midnight snacking. I don't sleep well anyways so what are my best options?
 
I don't keep bad shit around and it helps. But when there's absolutely nothing it makes for a long night. And right now the pussy isn't an option during the week.:(
 
Hide your food around your house. Under coffee cups, behind pictures on your mantel, behind picture frames, in your shed next to your hedge trimmers. Make it a late night hunt for food. Dont go for food that will spoil. When you get off your ass detemined to chow down, and not stop yourself..by the time the foods gathered on your kitchen table ready to it..either a) the time that went by gathering the food to make a decent meal, you look at the food, your nightime senses went away and you no longer care to indulge. Or b) you never looked for the food because it was just too much work and your lazy hungry ass couldnt deal.

Or:
Keep a fridge in your garage, if its not attached, or your shed, that has the majority of your food in it. Guarantee late at night you wont want to walk out to get it.

Or:
Keep a tbone ready to snack on late at night ready to eat in your kitchen. Eat first.

Dont purchase food you know you dont want to eat in the first place. A late night meal never hurt anybody. If you think like an obese woman, youll be one.
 
Cottage cheese before bed. Or a casein shake. Or oatmeal. Something filling that wont leave you hungry.

Also the OP just said he snacks at midnite. Never said it was unhealthy food...
 
My wife is bad for it. So bad she doesn't even remember doing it sometimes. Me and the kids have to hide food otherwise it's gone in the morning. Apparently it's an actual disorder. Fucking shits me as I'm particular with what I eat and sometimes it mysteriously disappeared throughout the evening.
