I know tudca and nac are good for liver support. What about kidney support? What works well for protecting kidneys if taking an oral?

I've been taking 1000mg twice a day of Astragalus when taking orals and my number stay pretty damn consistent to the good, with that being said I've only run var at 50/100mg and tbol at 50mg, when not running orals I dose it at 500mg twice a day.

Astragalus works well.Dante recommended 3-4 grams morning and night.Its cheap and effective providing you are running a good brand.Keep in mind if you are running high amounts of orals and blasting gear no amount of astragalus will prevent kidney issues.Hopefully you get bloodwork to make sure kidneys are good.Liver repairs itself to a point,kidneys wont.

Makes sense and I don't think I'll be popping things like dbol like candy without also throwing my liver into a tizzy too. Keeping things sane is the way!

Not sure on that.IThe vitamin shop brand is cheap and effective.That is the one many guys recommend.
