What’s the difference between paleo and keto diets?

I think my thing is KETO because I don´t like fruit but I like some tobacco and coffee often.

I dón´nt know. Sounds weird to you?

My physical perfomance with or without tobacco are awesome. It is just a pleasure issue.

I did a lot tobacco when I used oxandrolone at high doses and never have a problem.

When I was on test-e,the same.

BTW what are you favourite roids on a keto diet? Mast over test? Anyway,thanks.

Actually doing a game with the timing of my food.

My food list is:

Fish/Beef/Bacon/Eggs
Brown Rice
Some oats
Some seeds
MCT
Some salad

No fruit or dairy,carbs in the night or from two p.m., according wake up hour.
 
I tried keto, didn’t work for me, I work better with carbs. I mean I’m eating fruits 4 weeks out and I’m leaner than ever
 
Your thing isn’t keto unless you’re in ketosis. If you don’t measure, you’re guessing.
What’s your goals? Are you cutting?
I tried very hard to find solid evidence that you could bulk on keto. It definitely isn’t the most efficient or effective approach.
Brown rice, some oats, some nuts will probably prevent ketosis.

You're saying your thing is Keto yet you're eating brown rice and oats which isn't at all. You might want to read up more.

Not entirely true.

I maintained for about two years, with the occasional destroying of an entire cake. Lol.

I was doing a cup of oats a day, but still totalling less than 25g of carbohydrates a day. I was also in an extreme deficit - where the loss happens regardless of diet - and building muscle.

If you've got enough fat and protein to fuel adaptation, you'll still grow. But definitely feel better just eating like a horse.

Mental performance and a strenght to my 5x5 routine.

You're not going to see peak performance on keto.

As far as mental focus, just cut out shit food packed with added chemicals and refined garbage. Keto doesn't make you any sharper just for cutting carbs down / out.

Y'all need to stop attributing miracles and shit to diets. Just stop eating like fucking assholes.

Caloric deficits cause fat loss. Protein and total caloric intake are what matter. Doesn't matter whether you cut carbs, fats, or both.

Literally zero difference.

Keto isn't going to do anything for mental acuity. That's the dipshits that drop a bit of butter or full fat cream into their coffee mistaking a slightly quicker uptake for dietary miracles. I generally felt foggy and had significantly LESS energy.

Just eat less food.

Seriously, it's not that complex a concept.

I did keto for awhile you got to remember once you introduce carbs and you get kicked out and you hop back in your just confusing your body. Also I in my experience I was tired all the time. And when I got off I blue the f up. And your list of food is now where near me to if I remember right 75 fat 20 protein and 5 carbs. Macro set up if you get sugar cravings almond butter helps
