The only gyms in my area are very trendy, bb/cardio gyms. I am getting to the point of lifting decent weights. I got to failure certain days and drop the weights on floor. Also on my 1rm DL I put the weight down pretty hard.
Both gyms have told me not to drop the weights down on the floor.
Fuk that it pissed me off. I got a one year membership and a casual membership. I got nowhere else to go so I don't want to tell managers to eat a dick.
Do you guys semi-drop weights at the end of yr hard sets?
Do you place your biggest DL down gently and make no noise.
Am I out of line re gym etiquette?
