I have on and off for years. I think it's def time to get back on though. Thx brother

Fish oil and glucosamine chondroitin.

Honestly, not sold on the GCSC. I'm not convinced I feel it. But I bought a shit load on special, it's well liked and tolerated, and cheap. I'll know for sure when I run out and come off. And it used to make a difference on an aged and deteriorating, much loved dog, so figured I'd try for myself.

Fish oil is a fucking wonder supplement though. Run it for a few months and watch your lipids. See how you feel. Shit is genuinely noticeable, at least with my diet. I don't stand by many drug store supps, but fish oil is essential to me. I like 4 of the 1200mg gels a day, split twice, with food.

I've been taking fish oil for heart health for years, definitely is a multipurpose supplement! I take the same dosage.

You got it brother. Also, I just wrapped up some post knee surgery PT. One thing my doc suggested is the classic RICE (rest ice compression and elevation). I grab an ace wrap and some ice packs and wrap up and elevate my legs.

It helps a little bit.

6000..split..worx for me....only speaking for myself. Granted you can only absorb so much and piss the rest out but what I have seen doing heavy dead lifts, Front and back squats...it helps with the knees..as well as the shoulders
