Anyone run one of John Meadows’ programs? Which was your favorite and why? I have access to a bunch of them and was planning to use one for my next cycle. I’m not sure which one to try.
 
Just finished “The High Evolutionary” and it was one of my favorite programs to date. I’ve ran almost all of Meadows programs and they are all great but this one has to be my favorite so far. Deload this week then I’m gonna run it over again!

Never heard of this one I thought I had them all! When did he make it?

OP, Meadows programs are awesome. I’ve ran 5 or 6 and the first few I followed to a tee. After that I started exchanging some exercises but still using his philosophies. He loves pullovers for lats and machine presses for chest and I’m not crazy about either but it gives you a great idea of when to place certain movements in your routine (when to activate the muscle, when to overload, when to stretch the muscle, etc.)

It’s one of his most recent programs. Came out with it around the same time as he did “The Taskmaster”.
 
Just as so many others mentioned, creeping death 2 for the win! Right when the gyms opened up from covid I ran that program and then 4- 5 months later stepped on stage and placed well.

Yeah CD2 is badass. I’ve ran it twice. Love it.
