Jan 11, 2004 #4 G Gorillag New Member 10+ Year Member Not strict;y tru ypu can get kits that only have 50 iu in them just count the vials and times it by the number of iu's on the label. I would start with 2 iu and work up to 4 after a couple of weeks just to make sure your hands don't go numb.
