Jesus I love EC stack!

Never ran clen but not against checking it out on another cut. Right now im bumping up cals to stop weight loss, and once thats done ill try to add a bit of muscle. I dont have time to jump on and get off, pct, and get back on again before the show date. So im gonna have to add weight naturally, and save the run for the contest prep. I might check it out then.
 
Update, im currently sitting at 176 and still falling very slowly. The way im adding cals slowly seems to be helping me gain measurments and continue to lean out, but at a slower rate. Ive continued to eat very clean, right now im at 180-200 protein/180-200g carb/50g fat. Im upping my cals by about 200/wk by upping carb intake as needed. At the current rate of loss i believe my catch point will be somewhere around 200p/300c/50f. So far so good, muscles are getting bigger, and getting leaner at the same time. Im sure i could make more progress by a true bulk then cut approach, but right now im happy with the slower lean gains im making. The 14-15 week transformation ive made has been pretty astounding. On top of the physical change, its completely changed the way i look at food as nutrition, not pleasure.

With all due respect, I strongly disagree with this advice. In fact, I would advise just the opposite.

If a milder option like EC is already yielding the desired results, then no need to jump up to something as harsh as Clen, which has more dramatic/undesired side effects.

IMO, too many of us in this lifestyle take things to unnecessary extremes.

Just my opinion.

I think a big part of the problem with this is individuals taking entirely too much... Lower dose and building up is important but doesn't happen all that often.

Which kind of piggy backs off your last point about individuals going to extremes.

Personally, all the stimulants that get used in this culture are arguably more dangerous than half of the hormones.

I absolutely agree, Big E! I just hate to see guys jumping on compounds - and at doses - when a seemingly safer drug is already providing the desired results.

If 2 Ibuprofen make your headaches go away, no need to take Oxycontin next time when your head hurts. And this coming from a dude who usually has to take higher doses of things to get the desired effect.
 
I have tried clen and ECA and prefer ECA it’s a lot easier in my system, I got way to jittery on clen. Just my two cents for what it’s worth
 
I like EC because after about a week, i cant even tell im on a stim except for the fact that im leaning out like a mad man.
*update*
Im at 2500-2600 cals a day in the splits mentioned above. Weight loss has stopped (on the scale) and im gaining measurment. Im still leaning out fairly noticeably although slower. The change has been dramatic enough for alot of folks to ask if im ON.....haha, just fukin wait, youll know, lol...
