Update, im currently sitting at 176 and still falling very slowly. The way im adding cals slowly seems to be helping me gain measurments and continue to lean out, but at a slower rate. Ive continued to eat very clean, right now im at 180-200 protein/180-200g carb/50g fat. Im upping my cals by about 200/wk by upping carb intake as needed. At the current rate of loss i believe my catch point will be somewhere around 200p/300c/50f. So far so good, muscles are getting bigger, and getting leaner at the same time. Im sure i could make more progress by a true bulk then cut approach, but right now im happy with the slower lean gains im making. The 14-15 week transformation ive made has been pretty astounding. On top of the physical change, its completely changed the way i look at food as nutrition, not pleasure.
