Can Janoshik analyze AAS samples for biological contamination, such as the presence of bacteria? Or do you only provide chemical analysis such as heavy metals, GC/MS, NMR, and LC/MS?

I'm new to the world of AAS and just started TRT 11 weeks ago. I'm 34 years old, and I plan to add other compounds in the near future. I've been reading this forum for a while, and I noticed that most discussions focus on the quality and dosage of compounds, but very little is said about contamination, heavy metals, or sterility.A very good idea to test for sterility as well as that's also very important as unsterile gear is asking for nasty infections that are hard to get rid of.
There's sources out there that take dangerous shortcuts and deliver gear that's unsafe and contaminated.
Absolutely. Every UGL should ensure they follow safe brewing and packaging practices to ensure their product is SAFE for use and that means periodically testing batches for sterility and immediately pulling questionable batches from sale.I'm new to the world of AAS and just started TRT 11 weeks ago. From my point of view, the biggest issue with UGL (underground labs) is exactly this — sterility and contamination. Honestly, I don't really care if something is slightly underdosed, overdosed, or even fake. For me, the real health concern should be contamination and bacterial risks.
I don't understand why this topic isn't discussed more often.
Most wont as it adds cost to them. Sucks but true.Absolutely. Every UGL should ensure they follow safe brewing and packaging practices to ensure their product is SAFE for use and that means periodically testing batches for sterility and immediately pulling questionable batches from sale.
That's true and no wonder why most UGL's won't test for sterility, but if they follow the proper brewing practices there ought to be low risk of contamination but the risk still remains. It would be then up to the buyers to submit samples for such testing. Most wont as it adds cost to them. Sucks but true.
Thus why it cost so much. Also sounds even more sensitive than most hospital tests.Note: Jano's sterility test is very sensitive.
Detects microbes at levels far lower than what anyone with a normal immune system can easily clear.

This is terrible advice.
Sterility tests don't test for every type of bacteria. Only a representative sample, The test isn't intended to determine how much bacteria is present either.
The point of the test is that if ANY viable bacteria are present, the injectable isn't safe, because it's either sterile or unsterile.
Unlike endotoxin or other contaminants, there is no acceptable threshold for bacteria. It's pass/fail, by every pharma standard in the world.
For dozens of bacteria species, even a SINGLE microbe of the wrong type injected IM can harm health, in some instances months later, and by then not attributed to the injection.
Outbreaks of serious illness and death from compounding pharmacies were caused by spores getting in through the ventilation system, and not detected by sterility testing. Imagine how bad some UGL labs must be.
You don't need a compromised immune system for this to happen. IM space didn't evolve to fight off bacteria. It doesn't have strong "immunosurveillance".
Testing oils is also fraught with difficulties. BA and BB interfere with the test and can be difficult to overcome.
The best way to deal with this is by spending $25 on filters and vials to guarantee sterility instead of $250 on a test.
Do you have vials to recommend that are 200-300ML?
That don't require me to autoclave..sterilize..manually cap etc lol
LOL, there are actually 100ml USP Pharma grade vials ready to go from ALK. Sterile, particulate free, endotoxin free. $10

100mL Clear Sealed Sterile Deprogenated Glass Vial-Silver
ALK (formerly Allergy Labs) Clear 100 mL certified sterile depyrogenated* empty vials. These clear sterile vials are Type 1 borosilicate glass, pre-assembled with butyl stoppers and colored aluminum seals. Neck size is 20mm. Sterilization is performed in an FDA inspected facility, that complies...www.medical-and-lab-supplies.com
These beauties also use non-reactive stoppers, not cheap rubber, so nothing harmful will leach into the contents.
The reason there aren't larger sizes is because deactivating pyrogens/endotoxin (the last step) requires extreme heat, and any flaw in the glass will cause it to shatter. Hard to make flawless vials larger than this.
I'm using Ultraspec 100ml now..its 1/2 the price of ALK
Looking for something bigger tho...gonna brew some glutathione..
an extra 1.5 dollar for a quality vial is worth it. Ultraspec sucks dick.I'm using Ultraspec 100ml now..its 1/2 the price of ALK

I don’t know. It is kind of wild more people don’t filter their gear knowing 1in 20 vials don’t pass. Considering all the time a money we spend on other things to maintain health a prevent issues. I e never filtered my gear personally albeit I havnt lived the healthiest of lifestyle either but as I’m getting older and trying to treat myself a little better I’m starting to think it’s almost negligent to not start filtering.Jano's tests are very sensitive. Out of the millions of vials used by Meso members alone, where are all the infections?
Filter if you want but don't act like not filtering puts one in imminent harm ("Outbreaks of serious illness and death.") That's called fear mongering.
