Janoshik Analytical laboratory testing services

Jano, how long do you hold onto samples after they are tested?

I sent in five samples. The day they arrived 3 of them came back with results, all different compounds than what I expected.

One sample was a respected domestic vendor I've personally tested a bunch, and they are always the correct compound within maybe 5-10%.

The other two were Chinese vendors.

The weird thing is the samples all came back as standard dosings (200mg or 250mg) of much harder to source, rarer compounds.

The samples I sent in were really cheap, really common and easy to find compounds right now. I was just confirming the dosing because that's what I like to do. The results came back as properly dosed Masteron, and properly dosed Tren (the sample I sent in was almost completely clear).

Just wondering how long you retain samples and what the procedure is to have the results looked at again?

Just doesn't make sense that the Chinese would be sending out perfectly dosed Masteron instead of something much cheaper which I actually ordered. Also I've never seen crystal clear Tren. It makes me think my samples were mixed up.

To also add the the confusion, the last two samples, came back as expected, just 2 days later than the first three samples. Just want to make sure they are correct before I share them with the community.

Weeks.

Usually asking in email is sufficient for a review, we all make mistakes and we take any possible issues extremely seriously.

I've gotten your PM, so no need for an email now.

I am checking everything personally.

I see we got the email first actually, it just reached me - apologies about that, came just after hours on Wednesday and was escalated to me within 24 hours, but it was after my hours too. Unfortunate.

We fucked up and the three samples had been switched and it's going to cost many people their bonuses.

I deeply regret this and apologize.

Jano,

Thank you for your prompt attention. Someone made a mistake. You guys identified it, fixed it, and took responsibility. And you did all that within 72 hours. That's all we can do.

You are a professional with a professional operation. I appreciate your response and attention to this.

The corrected samples came back as expected.
