I just wanted to see if I could get a few opinions on my second cycle plans. First off, I am 26, trained naturally for ten years, 6'0 205 lbs. 10-11 % bodyfat. I started my first cycle last august 03. It consisted of 500 mg/ week enanthate, 400 mg/ week EQ. I went from 177 lbs. (I was lean because my job at the time required a see-thru shirt--I'll leave out the details...) to a peak of 212 lbs. I am very pleased with the results, however, it left me with more bodyfat than I want. My goal with this cycle is to preserve the mass I gained from the previous cycle but get down to 7% bodyfat. The plan is as follows:

Weeks 1-10 150 mg Prop EOD
weeks 1-8 100 mg Tren EOD
Same PCT as first cycle (which was probably overkill) including clomid, HCG, proviron, PS and creatine.

I will also be using GH (serostim) at 3 iu's mon-fri while on cycle and 2 iu's mon-fri while off cycle for the next 6-7 months. I am mainly using this as an aid for some lingering tendon and ligament injuries I have accumulated over the years. Obviously I won't complain if I achieve any fat loss or lean mass gains from it, but my goal is really as a rehab aid.

My diet will be high protein (350-400grams/day) moderate carbs on training days, high protein low carbs on off days. Interval style cardio will be performed three days a week ( I have a pretty fast metabolism as it is). I will stay with my usual compound movements and heavy training as that has always helped me retain muscle.

I like it. Looks like you have done your homework well.
I would though run the Prop/Tren ED @ 75/50 or even better 100mg propED / 75mg trenED. Running ED keeps your blood levels more stable and reduces the chance of bad sides. This combo will work well to keep you lean while building soild muscle. The HGH added in will make it even better a cycle.

Forget HCG, that cycle is not really long enough to need it and running the prop 2 weeks past tren should bring a quick recovery.
You can run Nolva 10-20mg ED throughout and .25Ldex, keeping the nolva going thru PCT along with clomid.

Thanks Mach. The way I understood it, ED shots of prop/tren actually increased sides. I will look into it more. I forgot to mention that I will be running Ldex at .25 ED and nolvadex at 10 mg ED. Anyone else?

How does it reduce the chance of bad sides? :confused:

There is NO need to take the weekends off... run the HGH ed don't skip the weekends

how will using prop 2weeks longer than tren aid recovery?when your shut down your down.hcg will be wise to get the natural levels back up!you also should run liquidex or nolva.during pct to estrogen sides down.jmho though,do want you want.

A consistant blood level helps keep things more stable. You body responds better therfore it can help in reducing bad sides.

You want the tren out of your system before starting PCT maxx. Tren is a compound that is hard on your system and makes recovery hard while still in your system thats why you want to keep the Test going while the tren clears.
HCG is something of a personal preference, I have not needed HCG on cycles less than 12 weeks and a lower dose of prop/tren like he asked. 150mg propEOD and 100mg TrenEOD amounts to 75/50ED where thats the lower end of the scale in terms of whats needed to see decent gains.
If he has had a hard time recevering previous then it might be a good idea but I seen no mention of that so I gave my opinion.
 
Thanks Mach. I don't know if I have a hard time recovering or not as I have only done one previous cycle and I used HCG during weeks 5-6 and weeks 11-12. I just want to make sure the dosages and timing are reasonable and in line with my goals. Thanks again.
