I've been re-examining your log, from the first page where you detailed your lifting and AAS history, and you're the one to finally convince me of what low dosages can achieve when consistency over many years is applied, with a good foundation.

You've also convinced me to lower my dose, because i'm not as advanced as you and I've been getting a bit crazy recently which i realise I cannot justify. Whilst we all respond differently to gear, you have made me realise I am not justified to be running the dosage I am.

So for that, I say thank you - and my health certainly does too :D

I now have this thread bookmarked as a consistent reminder so I stay level-headed.

Just want you to know your log is appreciated and has had a bigger impact than you may have realised. I'm sure i'm not the only one inspired by your progress over time.

What beautiful words for those of us who look in the mirror every day and think, "After all this time, I'm still so bad."
Sad but true. Part of having done so well is having a critical eye and being motivated to train (often by perceived flaws or lagging areas). And , ironically, progress can make remaining flaws more aggravating. However, like practicing gratitude can help with mental attitude and happiness. Reflecting on how far you've come and the progress you’ve come can help. Check a progress pic from even a year or two ago and “that” guy would love to have the look you have ; ).

You look great and are still progressing. Kudos amigo. Keep it up.

Hai mai provato i loro inibitori dell'aromatasi? se si quale? io aromatizzo molto anche da natural e ho alti e2... OLTRE A DRIADA c'è di meglio per iniziare o vado sul sicuro??

That's not how I think. Yes, it's true, Test is double, but in reality, last year it was
750 Tests
200 Deca
200 Primo
Total 1150mg

Now it's 1500mg, so Test is double, but the total anabolics aren't double. The reason was to avoid Deca because even at small doses I feel some minor mental side effects, which I wanted to avoid this time. And Primobolan because it's not a good time to buy it, both economically and because of the risk of counterfeits.
Test is always perfect for me, I feel great, and it doesn't cause any problems.
