ISC holding time

What’s the longest time you guys have had a package held at ISC for before receiving package ? Which customs was it ? Miami LA NY San Fran, mine is stuck for 3 days at ISC, wondering what’s going on

Sometimes 3 days sometimes even upto 10 days
