I started TRT 6 months ago, which helped me regain some fitness and my interest in working out regularly, a passion from 20 years ago. I've been on 125mg/week MWF. M. I've gained about 15lbs of muscle and think I've hit a plateau.
Latest blood work:y Total T=1280, Free T=400, E2=104 (but no sides) taken AI only 3 times in 6months
I'm considering a 12-16 week cycle to gain more muscle and lose some visceral fat. Should I increase Testosterone to 200-300mg/week or try a Test+NPP cycle? I got the idea for NPP from Grok LLM tbh and have been researching it. I'd appreciate advice from experienced folks for a beginner like me.
what should a good first cylce be? I am going to optimize my workouts and diet before I start.
