I know that in the US you can purchase pellets, BA/BB, serile oil and of course convert. At what point does it become illegal? Say for instance you have all the stuff to make MDMA(exstacy) you don't ever need to make it to be charged. Just having the precursors, equipment and a plan is considered "conspiracy to manufacture". Just the plan alone can become an overt act in the above example. Does the same theory apply to fina conversion?

that was what I was thinking, but welcome your insight. So once the pellets(in this case) begin any process. Bingo. A crime has been committed! Do you know if the minimum mandatory FCR applies to say 1ml or 1000ml? I guess what i am asking> at what amount does it get so serious it is just not worth it. If by chance you were converting say 100gms vs. 4gm.

Question, I saw advertised on LegalSteroids site what I thought to be Winstrol V and ordered it. I received something called Winny V which is nothing like Winstrol V. Firstly, what will Winny V accomplish and if it is a waste as I believe it to be, where can you order legit Winstrol V and get the real thing.
