If you wipe down both sites with alcohol, is there a problem if you poke both sites with the same needle?

No difference really because the resistance from the rubber AAS top is considerably more than normal dermis. I suggest using a 20 guage to remove the AAS from the bottle and a 23-25 gauge for no more than two CONSECUTIVE (same day) injections. DONT save used recaped needles for later use since its probabally a good way to acquire an infection!

The probability of there being a "problem" is pretty low but I would feel it is dirty. A new needle is 20 cents, don't re-use...
A "funny" story which relates. This 30 year old ex-heroin addict buys needles and some gear from a dealer. Dealer charged him around 50cents/pin, ex-heroin buys ten. So after a couple weeks ex-heroin calls dealer and says that he got water in the vial asking if that is bad. Dealer confused asks how the fuck you get water in a vial. Ex-heroin says that he cleans out the barrel and pin with water and just reuses it. When pushing air into vial there was still some water in the barrel so it got pushed into vial. He asks if the gear is ruined or to keep using it. Discards dealers advice and keeps using it. Ex-heroin did a 10 weeker and didn't get an infection. So was his water rinsing technique to clean the syringe effective? Did he encounter a "problem"? Answer is no but ask yourself is it really worth the 20something cents? Do it and do it right..

Agreed, but I suspect the risk from two injections (same syringe 3-4cc) split into two sites is quite minimal. Indeed infections are pretty rare with AAS use because the number of transmitted bacteria is small and their virulence weak (in most instances) and hopefully the host has an intact immune system.

For convenience alone I agree JH, yet it's also more practical with a miniscule, if any, risk of infectious complications. Ultimately however, a more sound practice would be to change the needle with each site as Sworder suggested.

It's fine if it's a relatively short time between injects. Left for hours or days? I'd avoid it, remember that there is now blood and tissue on and inside the needle, which is highly prone to contamination.

If you use the needle youve pinned with to draw from your 10ml vial, some of the material (blood products bacteria, dermis etc) on and in the needle will be injected into your new vial CONAMINATING THE WHOLE LOT and how long is that vial going to sit around allowing bacteria to multiply. I suggest using STERILE single use needles for drawing from a multidose vial.

The reason to why I would never recommend it is because people become confused. Like interpreting advice differently and expanding on that, for example using the same needle that they injected with to draw from a sterile multi-dose vial
They handle the syringe and needle carelessly, go take a shit and allow for contaminants to be exposed to the what should be sterile needle. It allows for malpractice, you can get away with a lot of things but I always try to keep it by the book.

I just shot 400mg Tren..
loaded the 2ml syringe to 2ml
shot in one spot outer quad
pulled out and popped it in
another site not far from the first.
1 pin, 2 shots, 400mg, 1min tops.
I usually draw with a 23g and shoot with

I draw with 21g and shoot with 25g. I initially thought I would pin EOD, with double the volume, but now I think I will do it ED instead, with less volume. it's a hassle but its only for 2 weeks, so i think i can handle it. Don't want to risk it, even if it seems fine. it only takes 1 bad day to screw up your month imo....
