Is HGH worth it?

If you have trouble keeping stubborn weight off, HGH 1-2iu a day will def help. Made all the difference with me.

Depends what your goals, expectations are. In life, lower your expectations for most things and you'll be pleasantly surprised when they do as they should, not as you imagined (which is a recipe for disappointment).

1-2IU daily will help with mood, hair growth, preserving hair color as your age, will induce daily lipolysis for fat loss, will preserve and improve skin quality. All of this in my book is certainly worth it. In my experience too it helps with Sex drive and libido (via different and indirect methods vs other drugs) but in combination with using HGH and these other hormones/drugs for your sex life, golden! Faster recover post workout, faster recover post injury.

The cost of blasting 8-10iu a day for IGF body building and growing your organs imo is not worth it. Too many drop dead due to this.

It can cause fatigue, If you take RX for HDHD or ADD, this should be highly mitigated. Not suggesting you take these, but in case you already do, it should help.

To me, I had a hair transplant, and don't have ideal genes all around. HGH def gives you a boost to compete to up your mating value if your hair is falling out, skin looks like crap, and you can't seem to keep stubborn fat off (def fix the diet of course).

IMO, It's worth it, if you want what I listed above. If not, then I'm not sure what the expectation was (which was the purpose of lowering them) And all should be good.
 
morning or evening shots are better if the goal is fat loss/recomp?
i tried doing both but cant take that much pinning. cant shoot it sq due to an allergic reaction and IM twice a day+ aas every second day makes me paranoid of needles even though i never had such fears. i went full cirle in sites (glute, hams, shoulders, left and right) and the first one still hurts a tiny bit. i assume it wouldnt take another shot well

It doesn't mater... just shot it IM in the shoulders.... easy peasy.

I keep reading about the hair, skin, and sleep benefits. But the carpal tunnel, daytime drowsiness, and only "subtle" impact on physique combined with the cost really make me question it.

I can get a decade's worth of test for 6 months worth of HGH. Can anyone convince me that the juice is worth the squeeze?
Easily worth it at the low prices one can get it at today. But understand: it takes 3-6 MONTHS to start seeing results, unlike AAS.

That's absolutely bullshit. HGH works as soon as you inject it. Like everything you inject in your body.

Inject 10iu and then tell me that the next day you will look the same..... come on....

For what purpose? If getting larger muscles is your main goal, then AAS are far better for that purpose. If you are after decreased bodyfat, better skin and improved recovery from workouts, then GH is the way to go.

Personally, I would do 2iu for 12 months if I had a limited amount of GH. But sticking to your question, IMO 3-4iu for 6 months would give much better results (for any purpose) than 6-8iu for 3 months. Any if you've never used GH, definitely start at 2iu and work your way up to monitor sides. In general though, the longer you take it the better (even at lower dosages) in my experience.

Taking 10iu/day unless you are trying to win the Olympia (and even then) is just ridiculous and wasteful. Also, don't listen to the meatheads that will tell you "2iu is just replacement - it's a waste". I get great results, side free, on 2 iu per day. Keeps my IGF-1 right around 370, bodyfat low, skin and hair healthy, good workout recovery, speedier injury recovery. Rely on the AAS to build muscle - that is what it is for.

People on gear report seeing daily changes when they administer 10+ IU per day some pro’s go up and beyond 20 IU per day…

Very good question…my experience was the first time I started it I noticed a difference with just 2iu per day fasted in the morning…it was mostly fat loss and I’d say maybe little better recovery but I paid a lot at that time or I would have went up to 4iu…I now have a much better source and can afford to do more so I’m going to do 2iu ed for 50 days and then taper quickly up to 4iu over another 60 days I will let you now my experience but I’d say I definitely feel fuller in the morning off that small 2iu dose I’m going to see what 4iu does for a while but cost is definitely a factor for most I get good generic now for 90$ a kit so I can try to see if it’s worth it…I’m very low body fat now too so I’m just going to do test enth and mast enth both at 375mg maybe bump up to 500 both or just the mast enth and with the hgh ed so I’m hoping for good results I’m starting to cook all my meals again and have a good training program so I’m ready to do a cycle with maybe adding some npp or dhb at some point
 
What are the side effects you are having? Are you using prescription or off-the-street steroids? Do you recommend what you do to everyone?
 
If it's pharma grade or from a legit UGL and not terribly underdosed: you'll lose fat, gain some mass, feel amazing, sleep like a rock, heal nagging injuries, etc. You'll also retain some water and may get tingly / numb fingers and toes. This goes away.
