Is hcg legality the same as AAS?

I know both AAS and hcg are schedule III,

But hcg looks like it can be imported from most pharmacies relatively easily while AAS does not seem as readily available. Is hcg controlled like AAS?

My question is basically this, is AAS more illegal than hcg? Or, is it considered the same in a legal sense?

If I get busted with a personal supply of hcg, would I be in more trouble than if I had a personal supply of AAS? thanks

not necessarily....I hightly doubt customs will mess with that....IMO..if you can get it overseas..dont worry about getting busted...not significant..at the most it may get seized and thats about it...

hcg is scheduled the same as steroids in some states. rick collin's legal muscle has all the state laws listed state by state. On the federal level, I think the only way to get in trouble is to get a charge of not having a perscription.

if you have the book, can you tell me which states......never heard of hcg in the same class as aas...but I dont know all 50 state's laws..

importing any prescription is illegal in any state...even if you have a script..now mere possession of a script drug without a script is different in most states than possession of scheduled drug.

Yes, legal muscle says that these are in fact the states who have scheduled HCG as a schedule III controlled substance. Some of these states, along with others, have also scheduled hGH as well. PA, for example, has made a point in scheduling HCG but has not scheduled hGH. This is why its a good idea to get the book, lots of good info.

Idaho is not scheduled either. I get HcG through the phamacy all the time and never have to sign for it. I get Test Cyp through that same pharm and I DO have to sign for that.

What do you mean they can count the vials and the foil/carbon paper is useless? Are you saying they have X-ray type machines checking packages? If that is the case, wouldn't everyone be getting busted?

The checks are random,,,That's why everybody isn't getting busted,,,Domestically the USPS handles more than a billion packages a month,,,Then there's the imports,,,They can't check every pack,,,and yet some do get popped,,,And yes the PO inspector did tell me he can count the vials and count the bills in "protected" packs,,,FF

You said in the men's health forum that you've never used anything...anyways, yes, you could get in trouble for that. I never really understood either why anyone would order ancillaries anywhere but from a research chem place. Legal loopholes are great.

They are not Steroids! I do not think you have any thing to worry about.
If you had a perscription. Perfectly O.K.
Why did you not go to Walgreens or a local Pharmacy?

The legality depends on the country you live in, and if in the USA, then also the state, which may be stricter or more lax than the federal government. Where I live, possession of hCG without a prescription, first offense, has a max of 5 years in jail.

If you are in the USA, you need to look up the laws of your state (should be online). Also read Rick Collin's book "Legal Muscle" if you haven't already. Very interesting, even for someone like me who only uses these things with prescription under the direction of a doctor.

I have never used anything yet. I did order them though, they arrived 3 days ago. Did not use any yet, Im waiting for my lab work to come back. I got them from india because they were one third the price and I did not have a prescription.

Here are my results from my recent blood test on 2/28.

Total testosterone 733 (241-827)
Free testosterone - result not back yet
LH 4.2 (1.5 - 9.3)
FSH 3.8 (1.4 - 18.1)
Prolactin 1.7 (2.1 -17.7)
Estradiol Sensitive results not back yet
SHBG results not back yet

Prolactin is low so I suspect estrogen to be low too. If not, Im going to use the arimidex.
