Is GH worth it for me?

I’m trying to figure out if GH would actually be worth it and beneficial for me right now.

I’m 33 years old, and my recent IGF-1 came back at 189. My main interest in running GH is for recovery, with the plan of eventually working my way up to 6 IU per day.

Given my current natural levels, would adding exogenous GH provide any real benefit? Also, if I started low and slow, say 1 IU the first week, 2 IU the next, and so on, would that initially suppress my natural production until I reach 6 IU, or would it balance out along the way?

Appreciate any advice in advance.

Will you see benefit? Yeah likely. Will it screw your levels up? Maybe.
189 isn't bad. And your cortisol isn't either, doesn't look like you're pushing yourself so hard you need recovery aids. At 33, sure you don't feel 17 anymore, but that's nothing compared to what you're gonna feel in a decade. I'd wait til then for GH and just up your T a little for now (if you're already on it, if not, just suck it up).

Thanks for the insight! Mann I feel like I’m pushing hard af on training days lol. I am on trt+ at 250mg/wk.

I already have a kit that a bought from a source here about a month ago but wanted to get baseline before I started. I was expecting a lower IGF1 tbh.

I don't doubt you're pushing hard. Just trying to add some perspective.
If you're set on trying it, I'm not gonna talk you out of it. The likelihood that one round of one kit-worth fucking you up permanently is low. The danger is that you'll like it and wanna keep going. Next thing you know your mid-late 30s and already look like Dr Mike or Rousimar Palhares.
33 is young, bro. I'd just enjoy the ride for now. You'll need all the help you can get before you know it.

I really appreciate all the advice! I’m still pretty new to PEDs, so any insight from the more experienced members here means a lot.

Imo, 1 kit of hgh is not really gonna do much for you, by the time your body adjusts to the introduction of exogenous hgh, your kit will be gone, Hgh is really a lonnnng term game, and with a decent level of 189 natural, i would hang tight a little while longer, ORRR do it right and buy 5-10 kits so you can at least get 6 months of continuous hgh use,,

The original plan was to run one kit, see how I responded, and then decide if I wanted to pick up more. I know GH is a long game and that I probably wouldn’t notice much until at least 6 months of consistent use. Honestly, I’m leaning toward not running this kit right now and waiting a few years. Might even just resell it and grab some more test instead lol.

Thank you for your response!

GH is always worth it.
Haha, I know everyone’s a big fan of GH, and I realize I’m probably overthinking and majoring in the minors, but I’m wondering if it’s actually worth it for me right now given my age and natural levels. I just want to make sure I’m taking the best approach for myself.

No, you are doing what people should be doing.

You are evaluating the risks and benefits.

A few weeks back I got off a several month GH run that was, for the most part, either 4iu a day every day sometimes split, sometimes bolused or 8iu M-W-F. I never felt like GH helped recovery, at all. I stay sore for the same amount of time after workouts and don't feel any fresher.

The two things I felt like it was absolutely good for were improved sleep (only under 4iu, over 4iu had the complete opposite effect and actually hurt sleep) and fat loss/recomping when combined with a GLP. I cut 52lb of fat in roughly 6-7 months and added 23lb of fat free mass in that time, per beginning and ending Dexa scans on less than 300mg of total gear per week. So it can definitely help..but if you're expecting a magic bullet you'll probably be disappointed.

Thanks for sharing your experience. I wasn’t expecting a magic bullet, more just looking for something to complement my current test protocol. I’m also intrigued by GH’s fat-burning effects, but I guess I could always just up my cardio… even though it’s always a drag for me.

Are you planning to run Gh again in the future or was it not for you?

Just add mast for now, plenty around
Haha I have to research more on the exotics. I have been stocking up on them but need to browse the forum a bit more before I add another compound. Testing the waters with tc at the moment.

That second paragraph sounds like a magic bullet to me!

I get improved deep sleep, and wake up less frequently, but I have zero REM sleep on it

I definitely think you would benefit from 4-6iu of GH for recovery and it's lipolytic effect. As others have pointed out, i would commit to it for the long haul at minimum 6 months so I would just plan accordingly. Plenty of chinese vendors with cheap GH these days so should be an easy add-on to what your already doing. Best of luck

the classification of exotic may better apply to compounds like DHB and ment, not really mast
