IS CJC-1295/IPA effective for people in their 60s?

A week ago I started CJC-1295/IPA at 250mcg (of each) daily after fasting 3+ hours before bed. I'm also using 2.5mg Reta weekly and 40mg test c twice weekly. The Reta seems to work, but I just ran across a video that says for people about my age (61) it won't be effective. When I inject it I do feel a little warmth in my face so its doing something.

Anyhow, the video suggested I first run SS31 for a month or so to repair whatever needs fixing to allow the CJC1295/IPA to work. That stuff is very expensive and I'm wondering if this is true (that the CJC1295/IPA won't work) if I should just try 2mg daily of HGH?

I would hate to waste several months with the CJC if it's not likely to work.

If it matters I just spend months out of the gym following some surgeries. Prior to that DEXA had me at 12.9% BF and I had descent numbers in the gym, but I picked up 7 or 8 pounds of belly fat and probably lost some muscle. The Dr. cleared me to return to the gym so I'm trying to get back to where I was or better so I'm currently cutting. I'm 5ft 6in and 147 pounds today. Ultimately my goals are endurance and strength for competitive sports; I'm not any kind of body builder.

Thanks!

I don’t understand the ss-31 unless it was before a mots c run. These are mitochondrial support peptides. I think you should get a little boost with cjc if it’s legit. I’m running Tesa ipam and getting better pumps recovery and sleep. Ultimately it’s situational for everyone but it will add more then without even at your age. Everyone is going to say just run gh and honestly i would if it was legal.
