The site you are referring to was sold to the 3rd party who will be using it to collect email addresses, log IP addresses and it they are rough they will inject software to steal your Bitcoins.
YES I CONTACTED REGISTRAR AND ASKED WHY BROTHERHOODOFPAIN.COM IS ONLINE AND THEY TOLD ME THAT SITE WAS SOLD TO A 3RD PARTY.
