I am 21 years old and live in the netherlands. I word as a coach and personal trainer.

My passion is bodybuilding and last may i did my first show and ended at 86kg and finished 2th at classic and 2th at bodybuilding.

Last few cycles were:

500 test 200npp 16 weeks

Before that was my show prep of 200test/tren/mast
