Introduction!

Hey guys! I've been creeping on this forum for the past few days and decided to make an account. And Introduce myself. I am not a total newb with steroids but I love to research and understand everything way more then is probably needed to just run a cycle.

I am 31 years old 5' 10" at 230lb's right now sitting at 19% bf. I ran a cycle Last summer with some great success. I started at 205 lb 25%bf (a month after ACL reconstruction) Over the summer I ran ED ~110 Test e and 30 Tren A. I figured If I were injecting Tren daily I may as well do it with the Test.

I went up to 235lb's @ 18% bf. I was happy as I was always a little chunckie. My diet was not phenominal but It was mostly clean. I also kept a log for my meausrments and I gained inches in my arms, legs, chest, shoulders. So I know a little bit about putting on size.

My life now is much more confusing with a fiance and her 2 year old daughter. But It's that time when I want to run another bulking cycle but I was wanting to try D-bol test E. I was thinking 12wks 750 Test e. then about 4weeks in start 50ed of dbol. I want to gain some good mass in my arms, chest as I have 26" quads I kind of don't want to bulk them up as Jeans are already impossible to find. I've always heard D-bol puts on mass quickly but it's harder to keep? should I kick some Tren into the cycle to help hold the mass?

Anyways this is long enough for us ADHD type people.. I look forward to being here and hearing some advice!

What is the logic for waiting until week 4 to start the d-bol? It is a common practice to "kick-start" with dbol because you should feel it the next day, as opposed to the TE which you won't feel until the end of the first week at the EARLIEST.

Why so much test? 750 is quite a bit IMHO. Am I correct in assuming this is. your second cycle?

I personally wouldn't add Tren. How were the tren sides your first time around? Tren can be extremely suppressive, so adding it to the end may make recovery more difficult, inhibiting your goal of holding onto gains.
 
Well the logic on waiting till week 4 is my supplier could only get me a small supply of d-bol So I felt better to put it in the end when the Test was taking off.
The 750 TE was because I had extra test and My body does not normally take effect from anytype of medications.. My doctor even started dosing me more because of it. I dont know why but it's my body. So I had a good supply of TE and did it.

The Tren I had maybe a few instances of Insomnia and sweats ocassionally. Other then that I get almost NO side effects from anything I've tried. I know tren is used in cattle to help keep muscle mass while shipping cattle and they don't move. So In theory I figured tren would help hold the muscle mass.. IDK stupid Idea.. but thats why I asked.

This is my 2nd cycle. First cycle I used products from a friend but he's out of it now So I am still looking for reliable sources. I am not stupid about steroids but not nearly extremely knowledgable. but I've researched a ton and read so many opinions I understand quite a bit. Just sort of experimenting this time with a different type of cycle.

IMO you could drop that test dose down to 600/wk and maybe save some loot.

Research "frontloading" and you should be able to get that Test E to kick in, sometime between the end of the first week (that's how it is for me) to the middle to end of the second week. It will vary by your specific body-type.

It wasn't dumb to think tren would keep you from losing muscle. It is AMAZING in this regard. However the problem with your logic, was assuming this benefit would continue through your PCT. And that is the problem you are trying to compensate for.

Yeah it was an Idea. but did not know if Somehow it would work. I know everyone dreams of keeping everything after pct.

And I wasn't asking for a source As like most BB I am sure it's not allowed here. but I will definently be checking out the undergound board as well..

You need to get your body fat down. Run test at 600, or test at 400 and tren at 200. I recommend a low dose of tren because it will kill your cardio. However I have found that, if a really suck it up and take my cardio workouts seriously (as I always do) that I can still push hard w/ low dose tren.

A clean diet, low dose tren, and cardio (30 minutes, 6 days a week) will reduce fat dramatically.
 
I honestly had no problem with Cardio On tren! Though at that time I was doing low impact 30 min a day cardio because a month prior I had my ACL reconstructed. Which the effects of that are still depressing. My left thigh is litterally 2-3" smaller then my right. I want that fixed so much and it's been a ton of work the past year.

Im a fat guy inside.. and My fiance who litterally eats anything she wants all the time is my downfall. Litterally 2 cheesecakes a week she will eat with her daughter.. and its one of those babe just have one with us... ugh and Shes Polish for some reason they use Corn oil in everything they cook.. She even uses corn oil to cook bacon .. wtf. ohwell I've been putting my foot down the past couple weeks and 2 weeks no cheesecake LOL. almonds for snacks, greek yogurts, cottage cheese, steaks, eggs and vegies have been my main food for 2 weeks now.

Deca will help that collagen synthesis, and is an old fashioned mass builder.

You didn't get cardio related sides from the tren because you were at such low dose imo.
 
You may be right on the tren! but I did notice strength gains, etc from it. If my supplier had more I probably would of ran closer to 75mg ed. but he told me it would be 4 months till he got it back in... Did what I could and Did great on it. Everyone could tell my size difference So i know the cycle and my dedication worked. But I think it could of been much better.

Right. I get it. Pericles is a highly respected vet here, and he recommends in the neighborhood of 200mg or only slightly above.

75mg. ED Might have been an ugly scenario for your first cycle ever. lol.

Respect the tren bro. Shit is one of the most harsh AAS around. I'm getting ready to try it again for the first time in years. And I won't be starting at 500+mg or I won't sleep at all.
 
I for one love Tren.

However, as stretch and pericles have stated... Respect it and it will do wonders for body recomposition.

It will hinder your cardio when pushing to the higher limits of your max heart rate. If you find it isnt effecting your cardio... you probably arent pushing too hard. Use a heart rate monitor. Every cycle I have done with tren shows an obvious perceived exertion stress... as well as, a higher heart rate at the same exertion. The numbers don't lie.
 
Most importantly... Research as much as possible.

plan your cycle...
get all the gear you need to complete your plan prior to starting...
dont deviate from your plan!
 
Highly respected? Don't know about that.....more like moderately tolerated.

I was doing 300 mg /week w/ 450 test. Awesome stack, was getting more cut and definitely not dieting. Even was eating ice cream. However, my cardio is meant to keep me in fighting shape (hard for a man my age to begin with) and I had to lower tren. Was collapsing into a sweaty ball by end of workout (60 minutes high intensity weights, 10 minutes Yoga, 20 on the bags). I heard some girls whispering (is that old guy dead?)[:o)]
 
Thank you everyone for the feedback.

I read a bunch of the information on front loading. This will be something I try this time around. I am really hoping this will be a better cycle with everything I learned from the first one and all the help I am receiving here.
