What’s up Meso Peeps, been a lurker for awhile made an account so I could comment on the HGH threads as I was debating starting up, I had no clue I was supposed to introduce myself before posting there so here I am and I apologize for that.

Little bit about me, 27, father of 3 boys married since I was 17 and self employed. I played football from when I was 5(flag, tackle once 8), was actually pretty good and had multiple scholarship offers during HS but life happened, started smoking weed, got a girl pregnant, ended up marrying said girl at 17 and while that has worked out awesomely and I ended up with a great marriage and 3 amazing kids sometimes I look back and really pick myself for letting that kind of opportunity go.

The first couple years of marriage was hard as I was young and I’ve always been an entrepreneur so working a 9-5 wasn’t on the cards for me, and while I did become successful it was at the cost of my physical health(sat on a computer all day smoking weed) and gained a good amount of weight and was never physically active.

I’m not sure what it was but in January a switched just flipped and I knew I needed to change. I started dieting in February I was 265-270 and Dexa in Jan had me at 40%+ BF(6’4). I instantly started counting calories and hitting the gym, starting at 2000 calories and working down to 1500 after a couple months, I got a Dexa scan every month so I could see my progress, by July 12ish I was 199 and 17% bf, Dexa said I had lost 70 pounds of fat and gained 5lb lean mass(I know this could just be water or whatever else).

After that scan is when I took my first break, went on vacation right after to an All Inclusive and ate what I wanted and after 10 days came back and I was 215ish so about 15 pounds gained in 10 days, but I figured this would happen so I didn’t stress, I followed my game plan and ate 3500 for a couple weeks, and settled around 213lb by August 18th, had a Dexa scan that day that had me at 16% bf and even though I was 13lb heavier than in July I looked better and leaner. Started cutting again after the scan this time not cutting so hard(2500 calories) and since August 18th I’m back to 201 from 213. I plan to cut until I am 8-10% and just lean bulk until I am 225ish at 12%.

I started Test E in June 75mg EOD, 8 week bloods put me at 1530s and 490 free, and 85 e2(zero sides) but my HCT was 51.5 from 48 prior, and I was just trying to find a solid cruise dose so I instantly dropped down to 50mg EOD instead of the 75mg and I’ll go back in soon for labs once this settles in. The e2 worried me a tad but from what I researched if I don’t have sides I shouldn’t worry to much, no acne, no moodiness, and perfect BP(take every morning) and I feel fucking awesome, like I’m 16 again scoring touchdowns.

I also started HGH to aid in recovery and see if it would help my sleep (hardly was getting more than 6hr) and I started at 2iu for a couple weeks and I didn’t have any sides at all so I bumped up to 4iu and it’s been a couple weeks and still zero sides so far no water retention that I could notice and it’s tremendously helped with my sleep and recovery. Even the rough nights I’ve had since where I only get 6-7 hours of sleep I wake up feeling like I slept 9-10, I’ve been averaging about 8-8.5 since, but I’ve been reading up on Acromegaly because my igf was 372 before starting the HGH.

Sounds like you have done some good things for yourself recently
How much water did you have before your hematocrit blood draw? That can greatly impact it.
I took it in the morning fasted since I did lipids, so maybe half to a full regular plastic water bottle and it was drank basically on the way to the lab.
