39 years old, 5’8, 154lbs, as of this morning, sitting around 12% BF.

Currently lift 5 days a week. Would love to do more but kids make it hard to just get the 5 days in.

I’m interested in finding what has worked for other guys trying to bulk with similar body types.

Diet and nutrition are consistent, I meal plan every Sunday, and also throw in a few fresh cooked dinners a week. Currently getting 2900-3200cals, around 180g of protein, and about 350g.. varies a little every day based on what I feel like eating, but try to hit those every day. I don’t drink alcohol at all.

Currently on TRT 180mg/week. HCG 1000iu/week. Test levels sitting around 950-1100, e2 in check without an AI.
