Hey everyone,

I’ve been lurking here for the past few days trying to learn as much as I can, so I figured I’d finally introduce myself.

For most of my life, I was nearly obese. Growing up, I got made fun of a lot for my weight comments, jokes, the usual stuff. It messed with my confidence more than I’d like to admit. I always felt like the “big kid,” and not in a strong way. I always coped by saying that "i'm a prop i have to be fat" or that " im just bulking",
but deep down I knew I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt.

Things only started changing when I went through mandatory national service in Singapore. I was suddnely forced into a more structured, physically demanding environment. I started going to the gym and actually built some muscle for the first time in my life. I got stronger and fitter, but I never really managed to properly cut down the fat. I was bigger and stronger, but just not lean.

One day I was scrolling TikTok and came across a video talking about reta. I decided to try it, and it worked really well for me, getting me to around 15% bodyfat within 8 months starting from 30%. That experience kind of opened the door to PEDs for me. I started diving deep into research on peptides and eventually got on HGH as well. Since then, I’ve been in this constant tunnel of researching different compounds, trying to understand how they work and experimenting along the way.

I’ll be honest this whole journey comes from wanting to never feel like that overweight kid again. But now I’m at a point where I feel like I’ve been chasing results without fully understanding what I’m doing. I want to use this forum to take a step back and actually learn about PEDs properly, its mechanisms, risks, long-term health implications, and how to approach things in a smarter, more responsible way.
