I’m here to educate myself. I’m 26 years old and have been lifting weights for about 5-6 years. For the last two years, I’ve been using running gear and peptides. My training is primarily focused on bodybuilding. To be honest, you probably won’t see me post much unless I have a question to ask. Since I’ve only been experimenting with these things for a short time, I don’t have much solid information or experiences to share.

Good to have you, and thanks for doing it the right way. Any other info so we can help?
Stats, diet, training protocol, compounds?

If not no worries.

Don't be obstinate from posting, if you have questions. Ask. But research before you do, it's probably been covered in detail. You can bet on it. If not, fire away. The is how you gain experience, just don't regurgitate what you read, bro lore science is dead rhetoric.

Best wishes killa.

@BALLISTIC , I’ve been a lurker for a while now, and I always appreciate your straightforward and informative content.

I’m 5’9” and 220 pounds, and I currently have between 15-20% body fat. I guess I’m in the middle of a clean bulk phase (running Reta) at the moment. My current stack includes test, npp, injectable adrol, and gh. However, my workout split is currently a bit messed up because I’m working shifts for the time being. My routine is typically upper/lower at the moment.

I just kind of get on when I’m bored or want to see others experience in something that pertains to my current situation.

Totally understand, I to at times have had to make do with shift work... Occasionally hit the morning, then evening, then who knows. Haha

All that matters is your working around it and getting it in. Again welcome man, no longer lurking in the shadows.

Thank you for the compliment, I learned from so many already here, and don't get out much. I read what I can study, hell I'm the oddball at the gym listening to audible books.:)
