Intra-workout drinks

I'm starting to buy into the intra-workout shake a little after reading a few things here. What are you using?

I believe I read where someone said use a 100% juice, grape juice, with some eaa's or creatine mixed in. Does creatine tend to make you bloat?

If you're eating before the gym and/ or after then there's no benefit to eating during a workout, unless it's Poptarts or brownies.

I normally try to eat an hour to hour and a half before the gym, then eat immediately after. That's for my lunch time workout. The after work workout, I don't eat afterwards for a couple hours.
 
Get a quality carb powder. Some eaa. Extras like creatine etc. are icing on the cake. Don’t over do it on the carbs. 20-30g is usually dine
 
I drink some BPI best bcaas while training and on non-training days I drink them along the day
 
I use bulkpowders BCAA. Seems to reduce soreness and there's some ok flavours. I used to really like Scivation Xtend watermelon but I think they've changed the formula/taste.
 
The guys who lie about the ratio? Look at the claimed ratio on the front of the bag, then look at the actual amounts on the bag. Amazon reviews are flooded with people pointing this out

Ah bollocks I hadn't seen that. Disappointed if it's true.
 
If you don't eat before workout :

On bulk 20gr of dextrose/maltodextrin/vitargo with 5gr bcaa for the taste coz I see no difference on bulking with or w/o bcaa

On cut 5gr of bcaa with 1L of water

Creatine is better on post workout shake you can find a study about it
