So according to Lyle Mcdonald over at bodyrecomposition forums(currently down) EC lowers insulin sensitivity in muscle AND fat cells, thereby making less fat go into fat, and more get used up in the muscle. On the other hand chronic fish oil supplementation is supposed to decrease fat cell insulin sensitivity and increase it in muscle tissue. This supposedly takes months to kick in. Is the administration of EC going to interfere with the process of the omega3's excerting thier effect over time(making it take longer to adapt, or stop completley), or will it continue working on those tissues, which will resume thier normal function from the fish oil(over time) once the EC is stopped(and say somthing like bromocriptine is taken instead at that point)
