Insulin and carb type/timing

So I'm in an off season mass phase now. I've been on GH for a few months. My diet is clean and on point, my cycles is rolling good and consistent. Everything is rolling along.

I got a hold of some Humalog hoping to help me put some mass on this off season to get ready for next year. My diet was always set up for humalog pre workout for months now.

Just trying to figure out if what I'm doing as far as carb type and timing will work for how I'm trying to use slin. Not looking to jump to 10iu, but just incorporate it where I'm already to maximize my window a little better.

Currently I'm already taking GH 30 min pre workout. And my pre workout whole food meal is normally 60-90 minutes before I hit the gym. Been using faster carbs in this meal: cream of wheat, instant oatmeal, cream of rice, etc. With normally 15g of cards through a banana to throw some fructose in there.

My pre workout meal is always 50g protein and 80g carbs. My Intra shake has been 25g EAA, 20g dextrose, 5g creatine, 2g salt ans I sip this through my workout. Afterwards I normally do 100g carbs through cereal ans a 50g shake again.

I'm just looking for help how to incorporate slin into what I'm already doing without needing to do all these extravagant shakes. Down to up Intra carbs if need be or replace post workout carbs wirh dextrose if need be as well.

Any help welcome.
