Instant cream of rice

Forgive my ignorance, but regarding instant cream of rice, does instant mean it’s already pre cooked and that you can just add some cold water to it and take it like protein powder?

Damn, no cream of rice? You guys have grits? That's a good one, too.
It’s basicly just oats and baby cereal from nestle something called nestum. There’s dozens of flavours and you don’t need to cook it, it comes in packages of 1 kg, you can buy pallets of 10, its hailed as baby cereal but that’s what athletes use mostly.

Yeah dude, that stuff is good as part of a PWO meal.

Shit I just found out there’s something from nestle called Gerber cereals here, I think it’s the equivalent of nestum.

It's a carb source, not protein
There's like a gram of protein lol
I think there were like 6 grams per 100. I eat big ;)

Since these baby cereals are enriched the protein could be usable, but it’s not a lot, you are right, so it doesn’t really matter.
