Inner chest exercises.

Agree with @TRT No such thing as inner chest. Its upper and lower. I'm a trainer at my gym and lots of people ask this or how to train the outer part. Just focus on really contracting your chest instead of moving your arms. Dumbbells work better for this in my opinion because it isolates each arm.

As for eating every 2 hours thats what I do. I can eat much more that way and thats why I do it. I cant eat big meals so I have lots of small ones. Its just what works for me and many others.

I agree with these and part. Can't fit a lot of food in my stomach, even though I stretch it with water after meals, but I have a fast metabolism and use it to my advantage. I also switch it up. If I get done eating a meal and I'm behind on macros by noon I just try eating something different. Squeeze in what I can when I can.
