Injury prevention vs rehab

I hit yoga as well. Its amazing for injury prevention benefits plus my old ass needs to be bendy to also mitigate back and joint pains. I love being more bendy at 250lbs than half the class is. And yes, for injury prevention I will say this is number 1. I played contact football for 26 years and whenever I hit yoga consistently I never had an injury. The years where I slacked off I always had something tear

Long story short I jumped the gun a few years ago trying to rehab injuries using gear instead of the right way. Just getting things straight and gonna hit it hard again. Appreciate all the good brothers here.

Forgot to comment on this. Gear can actually prolong injuries. In my experience anyways. Only one that can somewhat help is gh but then you have to wait months for it to load and by then you're healed anyways

And add new injuries in my case. Definitely something I won't try again. Live and learn.
