Only use b complex. B's are better utilized with the whole spectrum.

Just poking around deluxe comfort site, they have vet grade for 16 bucks in the pet department...no mention of a license needed to purchase.
This site is a little strange. Pillow cases and b12 injectable? Can you link to what you found or pm me?

Thanks- it's a good price but this has really low b12 content and less bio available form than methylcobalamin.

yep, just pointing out an option for the OP. not promoting that product, just ran across it in the same web store he was looking at human grade stuff. OP started out by looking at vet grade stuff. Just pointing it out.

Does anyone have any thoughts or experiaence with Vitneurin (B1, B6, B12 and another B)? I have 16 amps and they were very cost effective. I havnt used it yet and hear it doesnt offer much.

got some on the way now....will definitely run it through a .22 filter though

not even sure just yet dema.....probably front load 1cc a week for 6 weeks then go to 1cc every month

all the research I've read into B12 says its virtually impossible to overdose. BUT....plenty more reading for me before it gets here

You can do 1 cc a week. A front load would be e3d for two weeks and once a week from then on. B vitamins are water soluble and cannot build up in the system... they can be over dosed in a single pin (you could pin 30cc's at once) to have issues, but there is no accumulation over a week to speak of even im. Vitamins like d and e are fat soluble and can cause issues when built up over time. B's just get pissed right out; hence the useless nature of oral b vitamins. In and out. Muscle absorption is needed for a bleed.
