Increased PSA value

Two results isn’t a trend, but having 20 results prior to a trend doesn’t make a trend or a trend. As I said, many things can cause an artificially high result. But 3 in a row ascending would have me concerned.
Your input is much appreciated. Though, to keep things clear, only the last test showed an increase. The previous 4 were within one tenth of each other.

So I got a follow up psa test 4 weeks later. The value has risen to 3.02. @Type-IIx even though it's been around 5 weeks since my last bolus of hgh, would this rise be normal given that I was on for 12 weeks before stopping the hgh?

Still normal/healthy (<=4.00 ng/mL), and IGFBP-3's protease (serum PSA) pharmacodynamics are unknown upon rhGH cessation, but probably follows the same time on = time off (+12 weeks) to return to base-line that serum IGF-I follows. Again, I'd be using a 5AR inhibitor if on TRT/exogenous T and keeping an eye on it, but not obsessing over it if it's in range.

I got another PSA test done. The results are now 2.34, down from 3.01 a month ago. I'll get another in a month and see where I'm at. Then decide if I'm going to start another blast.

And then after that Blast/cycle what will your thought process be IF and when your numbers go back up.?? I saw someone here talking about "Trends" and "20 high reads in a row" as example. Or some thing along those l lines. The problem is that once you get 20 right reads, THAT IS NOW WHO YOU ARE... And I realize you are here examining this so it don't wind up like that.

FYI my Uro calls my latest hike up to 0.9 at over 50 years old essentially high school levels. But still with my family history I would be nervous as shit if I was over 1.5. I think my dad (At same age) was one of those that had very little elevation of PSA yet they found that he had some cancer slow growing via DRE. And while they got it all out along with ALL of his prostate. By the time 20 years had passed he was getting PSA reads again.. o_O Technically that is not possible... So WHERE exactly did he have prostate tissue re-growing...?? Hint, it was not where his prostate used to be...!!! Which reminds me of some article I read not too long ago about the RAMPANT NATURE OF PROSTATE CANCER and all the unclear negative stuff it does.. Where it goes. WHERE IT HIDES.. I got to find that one it was so freaky I think my mind tried to forget I saw it. YOU DONT WANT IT>.

Here this was just part of the topic on that one..
"Rectal invasion by prostate cancer may occur via iatrogenic seeding during needle biopsy, direct invasion, or lymphatic metastasis into the rectum [4]. The presentation of rectal involvement may include obstructive symptoms, such as changes in stool caliber and constipation, as well as rectal bleeding [11]."

So if you just read what I did minimally they will kill you just poking around at it.. I mean. ... .... ...

And that's just playing the neighborhood game...!!! So imagine it in systemically in nature.!! So here we are talking a complete asshole and rectum invasion just for starters and via every possible mode and path you can think of and probably then some.. The article which I am not finding at the moment was down right scary. And I have seen the bone scans of a man that let PC get too far and you do not want to be that person.. Shit, I bet the semen of gay men with PC can undoubtedly pass it on to their partners not unlike a biblical plague as punishment by GOD of this I have not doubt. And NO medical science would NEVER tell you this. And they should never pretend to have the honest and non-bias data to attempt that study...

Again the importance of the Uro Digital exam cant be understated/ The proof being back in the 2000's they started trending uros to insist on finger-checking men on top of or even primary to PSA counts. This was back when society wanted you to be clear that you can easily have PC with a very low PSA count. You can review some of the issues I previously mentioned and in my prior post to this threadas well. So notice the comedy in the fact that PROSTATE HEALTH is now trending back away from digital exams. You want to know why that is? Its because the criteria for insurance to pay for it is going up to low industry costs... along with the point that THEY MAY JUST WANT YOUR ASS DEAD... Shit yer a rule breaker anyways right?? So if you are over 50-60 when diagnosed they could basically give a flying fuck unless its an aggressive type rarer and deadly as fuck. And then you get put on "Watchful Waiting", AKA - "we are gonna let that shit slowly simmer and migrate around your body so yer a dead mutherfukker for sure in 5 years once we feel its safe to address it. Hell, we wanted you dead 10 years before today /whatchoo talking bout fuckker now get off our ticket you resource consuming useless old man.."
And if ya luck out they just might make you a group case study and experiment on your ass in the name of science. Especially if you got no insurance. Kill yer ass in an extra ugly manner in 80% of those scenarios..

And then THAT... Is where you are.... You could FIND YERSELF that is. And now you are a statistic. NO you are not a 19 year old that should be otherwise healthy and they actually give a shit about you. You are indeed little more than a room charge for a bed in the highest priced hotel in town, and that if ya got the insurance. And they will smile, be extra nice, and even give ya special turn down service for that kinda money. Before they toss yer ass back out in the wild... IT IS ABSOLUTELY CRAZY HOW HORRIBLE LIFE MUST BE FOR MANY...

Its just not worth it to me anymore as once you hit that 40-60 year mark you could be suffering a decline in the quality of your life so easily and not even know it as most issue arise so slowly and insidiously. So that defiles the construct of living to max enjoyment and then going out quick. Im currently on vacation from "high side TRT" and doing a FULL BODY CHECK as I try to cleans and purge all the excess and stored up esters from around my body. Disconnect the batter from the computer in the car for a whole day or two so to speak. I don't know how much more untreated low-t I can take though. My E2 came in at 5 last week and I am still waiting on the TT results. I am betting under 100ng/dl.!!! I mean I am aching from head to toe.. LOL.. Keep in mind that's just after weaning for a couple months and then about a whole month unpinned... But I am going to wring every bit of steroid out of my shit before I restart a very controlled TRT on the next inception.

YA KNOW EARLY STUDIES IN THE 60'S OR 70'S WITH REGARD TO DOES A VASECTOMY increase the chance of Prostate Cancer and indicated YES. (Sorry sometimes I just cant control my CAPS") and then they did a 180 degree turn in the 1980s and used a study to say otherwise that it does not. So which is it? You see where I am going here right.

USE COMMON SENCE always is all I am saying.. And with regard to the above. Yea, its a pretty good bet that mutilating the nuts and discontinuing all the stuff the testicles produce that flows thru the prostate might be harmful is a Pretty good bet. OBVIOUSLY... So whats the agenda and who are you going to believe.

I don't think this will be the case, as I believe the rise in PSA is due to the hgh stimulating it. I will not be using hgh in the future. I had PSA tests done prior to using compounds. It didn't rise with Test, Mast, Anadrol, or Anavar. It only increased when I incorporated Tren and HGH. Tren is known to lower PSA values, so it's got to be the hgh.

Yea GH scares the shit out of me at age over 50. Its is cancer fuel from hell.. Not to mention my CHIN is big enough... LOL

Ya know hopefully you are correct on low risk for future implementation of aggressive cycles of AAS. A man in his prime should not be deprived IF the will, effort, and dedication are proven. And where I am going with this is as follows.. I DO BELIEVE they have isolated the prostate cancer gene at this time and you could actually find out if you have it if you press.... But they dont seem to want to advertise this. And its also kinda like my wife's OB said to her when she inquired about the breast cancer gene being determinable. Her doc was like, "well what would you do if you knew it, and ins companies are not paying for preventative treatments like this regardless.". So I think that is the approach UROs are taking with young men at the moment, is just not mentioning it as even if you have the gene the timing of inception remains unknown.

You can always just apply for life insurance which would involve insuring that applicable potential time of future activity and see what premium they might offer you..

Also we must Remember that Actress Christy Applegate found out she had the breast cancer gene in the 2000's and had a PRE-EMTIVE DOUBLE MASCETOMY. And just to be sure she would never have to deal with it. The saddest irony is look at her current health situation and it might very well turn out she would have never crossed the point regardless. The world moves in mysterious ways INDEED...

But actually and due to this interaction with you here and now I am going to get every bit of info from my uro, as to if her would even tell me if he knew. If insurance would cover the genetic testing, and do they already know? And what the coverage would be if I wanted to pull an APPLEGATE.. But overall I will just try to determine how adamant the system in place will respond in effort to keep me from knowing. Should make an interesting informational experiment minimally..

And who knows perhaps I am wrong and they can't detect the gene yet. But I am pretty sure they can..

I Swear this site has a newly built in AUTO FUCK YOUR TYPING UP FEATURE which has been turned on me. I have never had to correct so many typos. here.. EVER...

That a LOT... So you are incidentally testifying to ONE of TWO things..:
1. Just how bad steroids are for your health... OR
2. We all need to cut down on our bike riding...

So got another PSA test. It increased from 1.43 three weeks ago, to 1.59. @Type-IIx what would you make of this? It's been 16 weeks since I stopped the 14 week use of gH.

I agree with your post generally, except that I think "watchful waiting" is actually the best strategy which is rarely suggested, and 9 out of 10 times, they will push you to surgery immediately, when most men can actually wait.......and watch.....and be ok.

FIRSTLY, I again iterate that a fine tuned and experienced Urologist poker is essential. Compare a good Uro's finger is probably akin to a submarine ultrasonic PING where he can probably just tap the back of you prostate and develop an entire 3D imagine in his head in less than 5 seconds. Whereas most general and family docs wouldn't know PC if it bit them on the finger.

But.. Yes and No. My father was 52 when diagnosed and I think they found it initially with a finger poke and then his PSA shot straight to something like a 1980's FORD 302. (5.0 that is LOL ),,, And that's kinda too young for that as hormones could fuel is still present.

Keep in mind also there are different types of Prostate cancer ranging from soft tissue type exterior to interior nerve tissue based bastards that I understand will take you down like an anvil to the bottom of the ocean...

Personally, I will add in early 50's I am pretty sure there is something wrong with my prostate now. And I honestly don't give a fuck if I die. My dick stopped working like it should about 40. You hit 50 ( and a few arrest and a jail term or two), and you start to wonder why you ever cared about pussy. Even on the TRT hormones, you are really like "WHY FREAKIN WHY DID I LET THEM CONTROL ME LIKE THAT"...!??!?!?!?. But I don't get hard in the night or morning, I don't get hard for the Hail Mary Hand. And I don't even get hard for freaky whore pussy. And I can't even turn to the cock-side like so many older "awakened men" do, because I can't stand them either. Aside from so good friendships that I maintain defying the laws of physics... But sexually speaking, its like my body died years ago, and not I am stuck here...

Now there are two trains of exonerating thought here. We all grew up with some smut in hand to look at in my age is was hustler magazine. I think my fathers really did jack off to the Sears Catalog NO SHITo_O.... We learn that pussy is the Holy Mecca and that if we can just get some of that we will be made men.. Unfortunately, and I dont know if women changed or it was just the truth all along, but we figure out what they REALLY are... Once you awaken the party is over. Perhaps that;s when we are all growed up. The first thing I think of when I envision some idiot standing in a room with a diamond cutter and for just any ol'whore or more, IS A FULLSIZED CHILD. (and I try not to picture ANY of that, but you get the point)...

Catch-22.. EXPERIMENT EARTH IS OVER ONCE MORE. THE MONKEYS SIMPLY WON'T LAY OFF THE COCAINE BUTTON.. YOU HAVE TO BE PRETTY FUCKING STUPID TO BE MESMORIZED BY A SIMPLE HOT ASS AND VAGINA. But the at the same time there is no point to like without that...

Mild prostatitis without almost any symptoms is actually quite common in men under 45 that practice insertive anal sex often causing some PSA elevations.

Final update. My PSA value lowered down to .94. It took 6 months off, for the Hgh to stop stimulating the test. @Mac11wildcat , @B Ware I know you guys think it was reckless to avoid going to a medical professional, but at least we can see that a rise isn't always of concern when hgh is involved. As @Type-IIx indicated.

But as HGH does not do that for most i also have to wonder if something else was going on that was not being accounted for.

what other changes did you make besides coming off hgh?
