Increase appetite

What do you guys use to increase appetite to make high calorie consumption easier? I just bought some echinacea today because it's suppose to help with hunger. I just heard today of something called blackhole but have yet to look into it.

Curious as to what you guys use.

I bought 3 different things from GNC(their too pricey but oh well) and they are all supposed to help with increasing appetite. B-Complex Formula(GNC calls it Big 150), Echinacea, and Super Digestive Enzymes. They do help increase my appetite but most of all it makes it so that I get more out of what I eat.

Injectable b 12..easily purchased vet product..under 12.00 for 50 mls too. Also EQ ....not so easily purchased and more expensive:cool:

HMM if I only had EQ. Hey Dennis how are ya? Sorry about not calling a lot has been going on.

Hope things hace calmed down and not so busy?

Thanks for the feedback

Cory, Something that always helps my apetite is working out very early morning before i start my day..this gets the metabolism kicking for the whole day.If you have no time to lift in the early morning atleast do some cardio early.

Injectable B-12 works great, also helps with energy levels. Digestive enzymes are excellent as well.

If you want a steroid to help your appetite; EQ is the way to go.

Bump that I have always trained in the AM and I am hungry all day.

Vitamin B for sure increases appetite. I started taking it for energy and found I was just hungry all the time. So I'd say pick up a Vit. B complex blend and try that for a while.

I was warned against higher than normal Vita B intake if you are on AAS. Actually can compete with receptors and cause the gear to be less effective. I did not believe it at first, but I did some research and damn if it is not documented.
