Honestly.. Seeing as I don't think we all need to turn to a drug right off the bat..
Force feed for 3 or 4 days. You will adapt.
At least I do, and that's how I get clients to.
On a cut, I tell them.. Don't budge for 5 days and watch how it becomes easy.
On a bulk, feel so full and sick of eating for 5 days and it just becomes easy.
Tip. When I have to eat but not hungry I watch a video or come here on meso while eating... You soon forget you're feeding and look down and boom meal gone
My problem is I get sick of the food I'm eating. The same premade meals after meal after meal. I'll be hungry just not for what I made. Then end up spending $50 a day in meals going out.
Ghrp helps me just eat what I have though.
