I’m 19 been lifting for 6 months consistently hate meal prepping but I’m a skinny dude bulking till I hit 180

Great place for information when your just beginning. Meal prepping will get easyer as you learn tricks and do it more. Patience and consistency will be your best tools for hitting for 180lbs goal good luck man
