IM needle sizes and common practices

22g for pinning is crazy lol. That's what I draw with

honestly bro i dont even feel it. i was 50bs heavier when i started and really needed that length to hit vg muscle, and just kinda stuck with it.

its a very rare occasion though. now i an comfortably hit it with 1 inch which i have in smaller gauges.

How long does it take you guys to put 1 ml through a 30g in winter?

I would never put 1ml through a 30ga but I would say quick if it’s warm with MCT or EO

i draw with 22-25g 1" or 1 1/4"

i pin IM (side & rear delts, pecs, lats, quads) with 30g 1/2"

i pin IM (ventro glute) with the absolute harpoon of 22g 1 1/2"

i have drawn MCT and Grapeseed oil with a 30g needle with no problems, with 0.3ml, 0.5ml, and 1ml syringes.

all my needles are terumo brand, but i recently got a pack of nipro 30g after reading about them here, they work just as well as terumo. i have also used cheap name/brandless chinese 23g needles from amazon to draw with, but not pin.

You get more tissue damage from fat needles

I recently started using the excel 30g 1" regular wall needles for pinning PWO.
Seems fine so far for 1ml syringes.

Anyone seen anything that goes deeper that doesn't cost 30$ for a box of needles? 1.25" would be perfect.

I did find a a dental needle, 30g 1" that was..interesting and well priced, 10$/box. Seems to have needles.. on both sides.
