I stopped the NPP and Mast P for around 3 weeks , and went and had my egfr ,cycatin , and creatinine retested. The creatinin and EGFR reamined the same. The Cystatin C /egfr was the first tiime I tested it.

Did I waiting long enough to have the test done for the Mast and NPP to clear?

If you have read the rest of my post above, before I started NPP and Mast all my bloodwork came back fine.

For refeence on this test, I am taking 175mg test, 4 iu hgh and 8mg reta a week.

Your uric acid is really low. That's not a good indicator.

Are you having any edema?

What's your blood pressure?

Run some support and retest in 4 weeks

Start some omegas, oral NAC, and/or any other anti-oxidants

I'm sure the guys here have some other support suggestions

No edema. Blood pressure is 127/76 currently.

I didnt have these issues previous to the cycle .

I did lose 32lbs in the past 4.5 months in a cut. Not sure if that effected it?

no edema and good blood pressure is positive

Only way to know if it's acute or chronic is to compare tests across time

I agree with what others have stated , I do know that jardiance has helped my kidney numbers substantially, I just take 10 mg a day prescribed by my PCP , but it seems to be moving my numbers in the right direction I also don't take extreme loads currently but I do have stage 3a ckd so I'm glad I caught it early and it was thanks to @Sampei suggesting I get a cystatin c test, which led me down the rabbit hole of other tests for the kidneys etc. get a referral to a nephrologist ASAP

Schedule a nephro appointment.
While waiting get a UACR test

I've also been supplementing with 1000mg Vit C, 100 mg Milk Thistle, Multi Vitamin, Red Yeast Rice with CoQ10, Berberine, Tudca and Dim
Im prescribed by Dr 50mg Losartan and 145mg Fenofibrate.

My primary Dr is not very liberal about AASs, so not sure how to bring this up if I need to without getting insurance canceled. Should I tell him, or the nephralogist? My insurance allows me to contact a specialty directly .

I do for the most part. But not to this extent. This was my first cycle in mabey 15-18 years .

If you show up at your Dr because your cystatin-c is high, he's going to ask why you checked it.

Maybe you can tell him you took an interest in health and longevity and got curious about some of your biomarkers. Find a youtube influencer who pushes bloodwork to blame it on.

If you have a history of high blood pressure and are being treated with Losartan, kidney problems aren't to far of a stretch.

High blood pressure is the killer of kidneys.

Maybe present with that angle

Don't bother telling your PCP anything, they be useless
Book an appointment with a Nephro

If labs come back fine, just cancel the Nephro appointment.
If labs are bad, bring this new set of labs to him and say u read about it on the internet and got it tested or whatever the previous poster posted

Im trying to find the CMP and Albumin/Creatine Ratio test on Goodlabs, am I missing it ? I did do a urine test this last test but the Albumin/Creatine wasn't there.

How long should I wait to let the HGH clear my system? To my understanding this can cause egfr to drop.
