Buona sera,volevo chiedervi se usavate IGF1-RL3 e se vi trovate bene e se inserito con testosterone enantato sia un buon approccio. Grazie mille.
 
If you already have a good amount of muscle it makes sense, but if you’re just starting out then I wouldn’t bother with LR3.

0.5mg was a good dose of LR3 for me. I did 2 weeks and saw some nice changes.

Precursor (if I ever get my injuries fixed...):
I am thinking of trying a Milos Sarcev style carb and insulin protocol, to regain some muscle. Likely with a dose of 8-1200mg of injectables. I can process carbs pretty well, can eat around 800g at 90kg, if my training is dialed in and won't gain weight. Will even then become hyperglycemic rather quickly if I am not careful. Never tried slin so far.

Would you mind to elaborate on this? I see it sometimes (rarely) being mentioned to take .5mg but there seems to be little (at least anecdotal) evidence for it to then actually work.
While I am tempted to try LR3, for .5mg LR3 I can get around 15iu of China HGH. So I am thinking of just taking double/triple my "HRT" GH dose (currently around 3.5iu) and be done with it.
Pumps are nice, but if LR3's pumps doesn't translate to actual growth I don't wanna spend that much money on it.
Do you feel LR3+GH work complimentary, what about insulin sensitivity - does/could it work complimentary with Slin, Metformin or maybe even Retatrutide (1mg/week)?

Could LR3, Retatrutide and/or Metformin even replace the Slin in such protocol, or at least greatly reduce the need for it - while still being able to digest and shuttle large amounts of liquid carbs periworkout?

LR3 hasn't been tested in bodybuilders on gear tmk but this review covers some examples where it causes or doesn't cause muscle hypertrophy & the mechanisms

Whether it's worth the money is 100% up to you

Do you actually insist on needing no less than .5mg?
I respond rather well to gear, and like to take the lowest effective dose - and even if I miss out on the last 20% of desired effect, but rather combine a few drugs - hoping to reduce side effects that way, but still getting a good anabolic outcome.
Could I get away with .25mg for such a case, or would you say it is total waste of money then?

0.5 mg is just what works for me -- I was gonna give up after trying 0.1 & 0.25 mg/d for a couple weeks but had a bunch left so ramped it to 0.5 mg

But will that be enough to assess anything else than just fullness? Like I said, I would not want to spend the money on fullness, if it doesn't net in some kind of actual growth. That is why I asked about a window 8-12 weeks. Not that you could surely evaluate on that, I know.

If I ever try LR3, I'd run with with a Milos Sarvec kind of carb protocol. I assume I would just need a bit less Slin, but would not risk going hypo at 2-300g of carbs periworkout.

I take my GH mainly for (hopefully) permanent muscle gain and recovery. ATM 4iu, and I don't see myself going over 10iu for such a Slin blast protocol. Not sure if LR3 alone would be more beneficial in that case, pricewise GH wins anyway.
