I've seen some articles that say 20mcg is a good dose but is it really realistic?

Datbtrue runs it at that dosage and I've gotten good results from 20mcg but you can go higher. WAY higher. I've done up to 300mcg but when back down to 20mcg because I just used it before my carb meals and I used DES pre-workout.
I'll run high dosages of it soon and see how it goes.
300 mcg is an extremely high dosage. I can not recommend a person to take this dosage.
I think it is not recommended to exceed 100 or 120 mcg of IGF-1 LR3 for people who are not sick. I know that with the dose of 100 mcg LR3 can be extremely anabolic results ;-)
There is a lot of posts around with members posting pictures of making good gains on specific muscles (I forgot the term for it...post workout mental dead-ness lol). I might run a log with high dosages later when I'm done with cutting.
But ya I think 20mcg to 120mcg will be good enough and bring on a lot of good results for most people.
The problem is finding some that's legit and not more expensive than hgh.
What type of igf1 do you use for your next log ? And what grade do you use ? Research or pharma grade ?
Would be add other compound with your igf1, testosterone and or aas? Or other peptides / polypeptides ?
