I think its time

Closest one on here is an hour away ☹
Well, I think that explains why the powerlifting gym you went to charges what they do. Is there a way to get a membership w/o the coach? Not saying coaching is bad but if it’s not good coaching its not worth it. I was pay mine 160-200 a month for program and 2 weekly sessions that were 2-3 hours each. Decent online coaching starts at 150 a month, Josh Bryant, Trevor Jaffee, etc So it’s not such a bad deal but without knowing the coach or being able to watch him coach for a bit before commitments is a gamble.

So I started a free week trial with no commitment. Due to my work schedule I can't train in the gym until September, but he's been sending me an interactive spreadsheet with videos and email communication.

Just finished my second day and man, I did not realize how weak I was on assistant exercises. Haven't been this sore in a long time.

I remember when I started with a coach, I was surprised at how much I sucked at everything that wasn’t a main lift. I also remember that all of the accessory stuff made a lot of aches, joint pains, and stiffness go away.
