I can eat WTF I want!!

Who else besides myself can eat pretty much WTF they want..... I have no trouble gaining mass I simply just eat MORE of WTF I want....if i want to lean out I may cut down a SMALL amt. of my carbs but just do more cardio. My activity level determines what i weigh and how I look. Hell I even drink the occassional beer. I know i'm not the only one so who else and yes i do consider this a GIFT possibly of genetics or metabolism. i can be 20lbs heavier in 3 weeks or 20 lbs lighter in 3 weeks. :cool:
 
I'm exactly the same but I am a little harder on the gaining side rather than you are.But I eat whatever and can lose weight easy as fuck.

Maybe you ought to find out before you pull the dick out of your mouth and speak you retarded fuck......If it bothered you that much you must be either a fat ass or a pencil necked weak biatch. I was simply wondering who all out there does'nt really have to watch their diet...it seems that is such a big part of this game and sometimes it baffles me as to the extremes some people go thru with their diet.I'm 33 you fucking tool....
 
wow cool thread. but, yeah, i'm one of those unlucky bastards that eats ONE hamburger and gains like 17.5 lbs of fat. somehow my body just breaks apart what i eat and manufactures it into fat. my metabolism sucks the sweat off a dead man's balls.

I'm unlucky too. I gotta watch what I eat. I gain weight just thinking about puss...uh...potato chips....

I am the same way bro, and I am thankful. I don't even usually do cardio unless I wanna cut up some, and then I can drop the weight extremely fast with just barely chaniging my diet. My weight can fluctuate 20lbs up or down.

Me too, and I don't do any cardio either. I get ripped really easy and vascular as fuck but I also have big, full muscle bellies. It must be a genetics thing because my training partners try in vain to catch me and never do. I think it also helps that I've been training seriously since I was 13 and I'm 34 now. That's alot of layers of mature muscle.

i also eat anything and everything i want and i never get fat! i have never dieted and i stay around 10% bf or even a bit lower year round, 24/7 ... i am in my early 30's and I LOVE IT!!!! bring on all the junk food i can handle! :D
 
At least you guys can sit back and realize that you are blessed instead of taking it for granted. I've been strict on my food choices since I was a teenager and have no choice but to continue this way for the rest of my life. Sure it's given me a sense of discipline to use in other aspects of my life, I still rarely get any joy or satisfaction from food. Damn bastards.
 
I am exactly the same way i can loose 5 to 10 pounds in like 2 weeks with no problem, the only thing is that i can't gain weight that quick though. Also I usually stay around 9 to 10 percent bodyfat and have a flat stomach but I have to be around 7 to 8 percent for my sixpack to show, I am rarely around that percentage so I usually just have a firm flat stomach with a small waist. I guess I need to work my abs more so they will push out. I am pretty tall so that might help too, I am 6'3 which is tall for bodybuilders.

You are long and lean but yeah you might try more weight with those abs...mine show at 12%
