I’m wondering if delivery issues mainly occur with shipments to the US due to the current situations.

Ordered feb 12. Tracking didn't update until April 1, where it said a label was created. This means it finally cleared customs. No update since then. This is in Canada. There's problems everywhere it seems.

Hello, members of the board of directors! I am very sorry for the recent silence, because we have encountered many problems since our last freight company was inspected, and we are actively dealing with the problems encountered in reality. Responding to the problems currently encountered by some customers:
1 Transportation problem: According to the reply from the freight company, all the packages detained in the US customs before March 4 were released on April 2, but there is still no update so far, so we can give priority to refunding or reissuing packages for packages that have exceeded 30 days of transportation. If the subsequent customers receive the packages and pay me again (collect part of the order amount), just like everyone trusts HYB, HYB also trusts everyone.
We temporarily stop accepting orders for transportation to the United States. Although the packages transported by FedEx have been smooth recently, the current US Customs policy has been changing. In order to ensure safety, we will transport after the US Customs returns to normal.
The customs clearance rate in Canada is also very poor recently. It is recommended that Canadian customers wait for a while before placing an order.
2 Product issues:
We have resumed the sale of oils and tablets, but due to previous inspections, many of our products are out of stock. We are currently working hard to replenish our stock. We will not update the PDF price list for the time being, because there are new stocks or out-of-stock products every day, so customers who need a PDF price list can directly ask the salesperson for the price list of the day.
Currently, the Canadian warehouse has the following in stock:
HCG 5000IU
HGH 10IU
tirz 5mg
TB500 5mg
BPC157 5mg
The US warehouse has the following in stock:
HGH 10IU

The new norm for HYB maybe. Because they suck and have been having shipping issues since January. But that’s not the norm for other sources.

Currently, transportation in the United States is very bad. We have arranged for reissue or refund for previous packages, and some customers can prove this. We are currently temporarily stopping accepting new orders to the United States, and will accept them again after transportation is resumed.

It is so bad that most of the other vendors are shipping and delivering their products. You should ask your peers how they are shipping successfully. I’m beginning to think HYB and QST are the same vendor. Same shipping issues. Same excuses.
If the shipping is truly an issue refund every US customer right now. Immediately

JY has been shipping in less than a week Door to door for many US customers, not sure what’s up with Hyb’s stuff getting confiscated but yeah I appreciate that they refunded me around 20 something days for my two packs from the end of feb. I wouldn’t order right now though, not until I heard they fixed their shipping issues and they it stayed fixed for a while.
